  Zero Ambience

  Very disappointed with All Inn Strahan. Even though it was very clean and had most things we needed it completely lacked homeliness. A very sterile environment, two couches pushed up against the wall, no cushions. Small tv with no DVD player. It was freezing when we arrived and the heating was not on and took a while to take the chill off. A single bulb light in the lounge room, very few pictures, adornments. The curtains are inadequate, felt very vulnerable in the bathroom with a large window to the street with lace curtains. Could do with blinds in the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. The bedroom curtains had no lining, very thin and right on the street. Drove around and saw so many places with loads of character with vacancies. Sorry we booked ahead.

  Spacious and quiet.

  Biggest problem on arrival is no Reception open and only Telstra is the provider in Strahan if you need to call anyone anywhere. BIG problem if you're not with Telstra. I'd highly recommend guests be told this fact on confirmation to avoid communication problems of any kind, including the owner/manager of this property. No instructions but we eventually found our key waiting in our unit. Never told this would be the case either. The place was comfortable and spacious. Heating adequate. Insufficient street/driveway lighting makes it hard to reverse at night. Kitchen equipment was sparse, washing up sponge was old and used. Electric fry pan was scratched, rusted and unusable. Other frypan was old, dirty and needed replacement also.

  Spacious,clean accomodation

  The accommodation at All in Strahan is actually a group of what are essentially two bedroom free standing villas. The house was clean ,modern and well equipped. There is no an site reception and when we were there no free Wi-Fi.We were there in a very cold time of year and the heating was adequate. Although the décor in the house is a little bland it was very good value, and would suit a family holiday very well.

  Home away from home - clean, spacious and quiet as described - very pleased

  Stopped over for the night from Hobart on route to Cradle Mountain. Pleasant, spacious, clean, self contained unit and quiet location which is ideal after a long drive or day out. Close to local IGA shops, town centre and BP petrol station. Had a great hike up to Franklin Gorden water falls - Rated at level 2.

  Nice apartment

  The apartment is spacious. It has many facilities inside the flat. Initially it was a bit worrying that the host was a bit difficult to contact. But once we arrived, I managed to contact her and she left us to enjoy the place without much trouble. Other than a bit of kerb at the entrance, the flat inside is disabled friendly. I can manage with walk-in shower. I would say this place is value for money.
