  Crack house

  This hotel should be used for emergencies only. "Guests" include what I assumed were single females charging money for company, families clearly living full time in the hotel, and what I can only label meth addicts. Yes it's cheap, cheap carpet, paint, and walls. Next time I'm sleeping in my truck. I didn't feel safe even behind a locked door and was waiting for my vehicle to be broken into. Drive past this hotel unless the alternative is falling asleep behind the wheel.

  This use to be a nice motel. But now the new owner has turned the place into a bug infested dimp. One light in the whole room worked and I called. She was going to send mantaince which never happened. Roaches crawling across the floor. The noise was so much. The people upstairs NEVER stopped walking the floor all night.Questionable stains on chairs. Curtains torn, toilet paper holder not around, no light bulb in lamp... NASTY NASTY...

  very pleased

  very pleased choose this hotel after another we choose not to stay out. clean, easy checkin, best sleep we have had in a hotel bed was pillow soft mattress. will stay again, economical price, convenient location, polite accommodating staff

  Cheap Motel, Cheap Management

  My husband and I were visiting Richmond on business. We decided to stay at this place, big mistake! The room was ok, noticeable stains on the carpet, dusty blinds, shower that looked like it had never been cleaned. My husband went to high school with the manager Mia, so she was friendly enough until I found out she had texted and called him to hang out with her by herself and kept calling him babe with winky face emojis. Come on Mia, he is married. What did you think was going to happen?! All in all, skip the All Day Inn unless you want to be harassed by Management all night.

  Not Hospitality Worthy

  First, I called to check rates for a week on Tuesday the 9th and made reservations with Demetria. I was also asked did I have children checking in because the owner didn't want any children to stay there and if so they couldn't be walking around property. They had to stay in the rooms. Which was okay because I have older children. I then went back to check in on Wednesday no rooms and no reservations were put into system. So I made a reservation for Thursday check in on Friday with Tim. I then came in on Friday no reservation was made. I checked in on Friday the 12th for a week's stay. No reservation was in the computer system still after going through all the BS, but a room was available. The older lady Mary at the front desk did not have and CS Skills. The rudeness on answering the phones and hanging up on customers. When checked in the room we were told we would have a microwave and refrigerator not either one was in the room. When we called to front desk ai was told they couldn't move items out one room into another nor change rooms. The room I was checked into had 1 towel and 2 wash rags. Which was a room with two beds. 2 adults/2 children.. I have as then told I had to pay for extra towels and washrags.. The pool was closed down and the railing on the property needs to be redone because they are leaning and it has 3 floors. I then went to extend my stay and was told I couldnt extend my stay because u assumed there was more than that staying in my room. I am allowed to have visitors as well. But it's okay slum hotel...
