  Una escapada desde Istanbul

  A primera vista el hotel no promete nada especial. Pero el servicio y el factor humano nos convertieron la estancia en una experiencia muy agradable. La situación del hotel es impecable directamente al lado de los teleféricos. Tambien se encuentran bares y restaurantes cerca del hotel aunque la comida es tan buena en el mismo hotel que apenas visitamos otros establecimientos.

  Wonderful holiday in snowly paradice

  Good day to everyone. I was on holiday together with my husband in this hotel. It was wonderful 4 days. Main restorant was very good: service fast, for this very big thanks to waiters; also kitchen was amazing, everything was very tasty. Room cleaning was good, I didnt find any minuses in it. General atmosfer in hotel is also perfect. We had very action holiday, skies was super. Very big thanx to all team of Alkoclar hotel. We ll come back again in next winter and already together with our friends. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

  Have been there several times, but one thing has really suprised me this year. There are native english speaker child carer at the kids club, my daughter did not want to leave there. Thank you so much Jasmine! There are some improvement areas needed to be looked at; room bathroom refurbishment and restaurant manager.

  Like a Dream...

  Once again, Elcin Bey and his team made our ski vocation a dream.Million thanks to Suleyman Bey and Baki Bey, Erdal Chef and service team Melih, Salih , and Erkan Bey at front desk...Many others works hard to serve well. Rooms are clean, buffet is rich.This year they opened a very nice a'lacart restaurant whic is very convenient to watch kids on slight. And renewed kids club also great. See you next year team ....

  A truly memorable experience!

  We are a family of 7, with 5 young children. Reason why we chose this hotel is because of the existence of its kids /mini club. Besides the snow that the kids love to play, they just love to go to the mini club! Jasmine and Murad were lovely people. My kids wish to go there everytime! Even during meal times they want to quickly eat and go to the club. Jasmine is so loving and motherly towards my kids. There is nothing to worry about when you leave your kids there. They take care of your children like your own. I wish we did not have to leave! They really occupy the kids with useful activities like arts and crafts, dancing and singing and lots more! Pls come over to this hotel because all the staff were lovely. The restaurant staff service were EXCELLENT too! Meals were delicious!! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Thanks for making our stay so so enjoyable and memorable. We will come again!
