  The Snack Bar is AMAZING!! Its really fresh and delicous. The Service is really Good teached and speak english ! Especially Alpaslan. Thank you for everything. It was so nice to eat and chill here! Best place to ne!

  Very bad service by the pool and Beach, very bad workers

  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was So So. Nothing special for that money. I would not stay there anymore. Breakfast was Okey, enough food and was till 11.30 which is great. Nice Beach, nice pool...But than, If u stay longer at the Beach or by the pool...Just dissapontment. If u find some waiter you are sooo lucky, and than you wait one hour for stupid water , and If u want some food, be ready to wait even longer and be Sure Its not gonna come correctly:-/ allways mistakes. It wasnt even tasty So me and kids stayed hungry during the day. I would rather stay in another hotel, smaller one but with stuff that pay attention. These people doesnt absolutely care about the customers, We wanted to spent money there but We couldnt, because nobody Just care. The guys Are looking at you like they dont work there. Never again.

  Great value for money

  The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride outside of the main town area, and it has excellent facilities. The food is great, lots of vegetarian and vegan options in the main buffet restaurant , not so much in the á la carte restaurants where it is fixed. Went once and had a bad experience with the staff which is the only negative out of the week-long stay I had there. It is very Turkish oriented, which I liked, lots of fantastic Turkish food, great service by the pool and the beach. The beach area is nice and well kept. The wifi was very hit and miss and slow, that needs to be improved. Would definitely stay here again.

  fantastic

  We spent 4 fantastic weeks here...It's long time for a stay at hotel, and one might expect to at least face w one or two obstacles, right?But no, every single thing was great.The team, was fabulous.They made our stay a great experience.Let me mention some of the names , and sorry I couldnt mention all team here.Many many thanks to Suleyman Bey and his team, waiters Ibrahim, Serhat from Beach, Kerem and Davut from Main Restaurant, Salih from A'la Cartes.Of course Baki and Umut Chefs, Ibrahim Chef, Sahin Chef cooked for our allergic kid.Cansu has a great service at guest relations.Mehmet and Vedat , bellboys, were always smiley. Millions of thanks rest, looking forward to see you again.

  Not as good as last year.

  Disappointed! Dirty hall carpets with stains in 3 block. Food in Mondlin - Adverised as Al-a-carte but only choice was which fish. Starters lovely everything else awful. Sad to find it was same menu as last year. Sadly no English Ahmed this year but this years shining star was Alpasan. Hard working, nothing is any trouble and always service with a smile. Swimming pool excellent. Restaurant generally food has gone down hill from last year. Omelettes for breakfast fantastic, Deserts excellent, everything else average, nothing special and very tired looking salads with flies landing on open containers. Very little English spoken by staff. Beautiful location Girl makaing waffles and serving ice cream, I have never seen anyone work so slow!! A smarter person would have cutlery in the Waffle House instead of making guests go the the coffee bar to get cutlery.
