    Lamentable

    3 noches con TI. Apenas había comida fresca y era de pésima calidad. Wifi sólo en recepción. Sin apenas empleados q hablen inglés (las consultas eran juegos de signos). Pésima limpieza, especialmente en la piscina (verdín y restos de comida y bebida).Los manteles no se cambiaban,se les daba la vuelta. La ducha no tragaba.Lo arreglaron rápido pero dejaron el plato y el suelo lleno de restos y suciedad.Comedor pequeño (las mesas redondas sólo disponibles con reserva). Hotel de 5 estrellas totalmente decepcionante.

    Great holiday, long review but worth the read

    My partner booked this holiday for me as a gift and so far so good. When we arrived, we had our temperatures checked to be on the safe side due to the pandemic, checked into the hotel and were given a booklet for our tour guide, key cards for the room which we requested 2 just in case we lost one, in which the receptionist (pervin) was very happy to oblige and also she was very happy and with spoke to us in such a polite manor and had a genuinely positive attitude. My partner had upgraded our room prior to arrival to get a room with sea view. When we got to the room we were a little disappointed we were based on the 4th floor where a tile roof obstructed our view of the sea etc and also someone was fixing the toilet for a good 10-15 minuets. Being a little disheartened my partner went down to reception and asked if we could change the room. Pervin was again very helpful and with no problems changed our room both me and my partner were very happy with this as we didnt think they would be able to do so. When we got to our new room it was such a beautiful view. If I can I will upload a picture of the view it is extremely beautiful . The room itself is simple but catered for all our needs and has plenty of storage. Has a tv, hair dryer,fridge mirrors, etc etc so we were still very happy We set out to look around the hotel it is a little basic but the people here make it great. me and my partner are still very happy as there were plenty of places to visit as the hotel has so many different levels it has free WiFi so you can connect although be it you can only connect in the lobby so one little criticism would be that the hotel needs signal boosters for the WiFi as people gather around the lobby for internet use. Our first night was extremely good with the animation guys putting on a great show, I thought the chief animator was really funny and they all put on a great show , I was literally crying with laughter it was very good. Bobby and ismael Stand out from the rest and if your not sure which is which already when you arrive just look out for the two handsome fellas. Bobby is a great guy who has is extremely welcoming in which he was the first to welcome us with a big smile and checking how we are and how we are settling in to the hotel. Bobby is a great performer, entertainer and especially good at belly dancing maybe he can show you some moves even when put on the spot to do so by he is very confident and always shows a positive attitude towards everyone. Ismael is also very positive within himself and reflects this whilst performing especially with the children when doing the mini discos for them he has a way to get you up on stage or performing with the children to make sure they have a great time, he is always smiling and trying to involve everyone in the activities. Generally these two guys are great and the experience wouldnt have been the same without them. I have been enticed into way too many games and activities by these guys some of which are volley ball, mini games( musical chairs etc.) yoga, darts, Zumba etc etc they always have a way to get people up and going even in the morning. The guys do a great job and give out great prizes for participating in the activities such as skuba diving/ massages etc... The DJ is great as there is a lot of mixed songs for all languages he also gets involved in the activities to make sure everyone has a good time on many occasions I saw him playing ping pong with the guests and getting everyone to the yoga classes in the morning I was pleasantly surprised by how many people actually participated in this. he is very welcoming to guests and always wishes us good morning and to have a nice meal. The chief animator is a great entertainer and is very outgoing and can not fault him as he is always polite when we see each other, I do have one small criticism but it is not bad I dont think he as interactive with the guests as the other animators bobby and Ismael but maybe he is busy getting ready for the shows etc. This is not a bad comment just from my personal experience I would have liked to seen more interaction as he seems to be a great guy like the rest of them. Moving on to the massages as I had 2 of them now which both were great 1 of them was a prize won from the games. Marina who sits at the desk is really nice to talk to and even gave my girlfriend a little present before we left which was very kind. Her English is very good and was making us laugh by joking around with me wearing socks with sandals not a good look I know which made us feel at home and could easily talk to her. I was NOT disappointed by my 1st experience not sure of the males name but he was very good and it was very relaxing . the second massage I had, Half paid half won :) so I upgraded to a full body treatment. This was a good experience for me as I previously had one of these from a different hotel and was not so impressed. But the young lady who took care of me made sure I had all the luxuries such as sauna, full body scrub, foam bath full body massage, hot stone treatment and a facial mask to finish. She was very attentive and I couldnt fault her. She asked me if she needed to change her pressure whilst massaging me so making sure my personal preferences were met. The restaurant was good every night we found something to eat I wouldnt say it was the biggest choice of foods but still good quality and didnt give me bad belly as they wash all their salads with bottled water to suit us English or people with sensitive stomachs, I was previously very worried as I have had very bad experience with this in the past. Excuse me for jumping from point to point but Im bad at this review stuff. I just want to mention the tour guide rep was extremely helpful funny and changed our boat trip with no hassle what so ever he is a great laugh and easy to get along with. He helped us with anything we asked and even organised the taxi to pick us up and drop us back to and from an English Restaurant which was also great we are going again tonight for my T-bone steak all in all the hotel is great and the people make it so much better. There are a few run down places in the hotel and maybe could be a bit more snazzy but people are moaning too much over very silly little things. Here are a few of the negative things that I have to mention. -The amount of stairs or the slow lifts, but yet again what do you expect with so many levels The decoration in the hotel isnt great but still it catered for all our needs and we have some amazing phots from this place. - the maintenance of the hotel, as this could look amazing but some little things such as decoration and upkeep are lacking a little. - WiFi boosters needed throughout hotel as no signal other than in the lobby

    DO NOT STAY HERE

    I booked three rooms Oct 2020. Upon arrival, I had to wait for 35 mins as the reception could only find one room booked. Then I had to wait another 30 mins as the electronic keys in two rooms did not work and we couldn't get in. The room had holes in the bed covers, no hot water at all for three days, yes I did complain and was told there was a problem. One room got cleaned once in three days that was it, no clean towels, we had to ask and are still waiting. Around the pool and more or less everywhere there was broken tiles, lights not working in stairways and in general areas. The food is really really bad and the beer and soft drinks terrible, as if they have been watered down with dirty water. I asked for fried eggs twice to be told "Tomorrow Finished" yet They were cooking fried eggs as I left the restaurant, on the third day again i was told "finished" at 7.35am, breakfast starts at 7.30. I asked for a refund on checkout, got a blank expression, this is the only time i have ever done this ever. upon leaving I told the reception to tell management that their hotel is SH*T. First time I have ever felt the need to do this. Five star my ****, this should be unrated totally. I am emailing the provider to ask for some kind of refund, I have never done this either, but they don't deserve my money, that's how bad this hotel was. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    We booked a week at the end of October. We had temperature checked before entering hotel which was a good start as I was thinking great COVID Id taken seriously !! We wore our masked in whilst walking around restaurant and in enclosed spaces including the lift. However not all people were doing this ( only English ) .. Sitting by the pool a few days later and all staff were handing out masks which I didnt think needed to be worn in open air and socially distanced. We mentioned this and was told that there was a visit from police and that we had to wear them ? Anyway no police arrived at pool but I did notice that masks were then compulsory in restaurants,, no mask no food.. better late tan never. Rooms were ok, we were supposed to have a sea view but had a tiny bit of sea and mostly tiled roof, room was ok in need of a little decoration, we did have a clean ape very day but only bed was made up, no clean of bathroom which was ok and still got clean towels daily. Also a few more coat hangers would have been great as I didnt think there was enough storage. Restaurant food was little than ok, all dishes were described in Russian and couldnt get a close look at what they were, all were served due to COVID. However salads were lovely as was the coffee even though coffee and all drinks were in paper cups, understandably. We did find a lovely restaurant literally 5 minutes down the hill towards town called Rotto Vino, the most amazing melt in the mouth fillet streak for around £9, so good we went twice as it was so good and staff were brilliant. Our rep Ahmet was lovely and very helpful. All in all rooms and general maintenance of the hotel is in great need, we did enjoy our stay here and for the price we were happy, the location is good and not to far from town, buses run regularly and a taxi from town after a meal out was around £3 bargain.

    2 star at best

    All the food was horrible, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Orange juice at breakfast was disgusting. Rude staff which most didn't speak a word of English. No hot water in the showers in the rooms. We had 3 rooms. One room out of all 3 were cleaned the whole 3 days we stayed. No fresh towels. Asked reception for them but we are still waiting on them being sent up to the room. Our bed covers had holes in them? The air conditioning in the room was more like heater rather than a cooler. Half of the lights in restaurant or rooms not working. Beer and cocktails served in paper cups at a 5* hotel. 1.30pm no more clean pool towels left to hand out. The hotel has a nice view but other than that it is in no way a 5 star quality hotel.
