    Very nice!!!

    Hotel is in a wonderful location. It is close to the sea, supermarket, restaurants and shopping street. Stuff in the hotel is very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall I had a very good impression.

    Small and nice

    We've been there for a very short time. However, we want to note the excellent location of the hotel, excellent service, relative cleanliness, fresh linen and running air conditioner. However, we are quite unpretentious tourists, so our opinion may not coincide with yours. Do not expect Europe where it can not be at all. We have no complaints to the pool, staff, room, bathroom, linen, mattresses and breakfast. By the way, the mattresses are VERY VERY VERY tough, this is a huge positive feature for us. Wifi does not cover the fifth floor.

    Stay away

    Alin is a small budget as many others in the same category. Their service, restaurant, facilities etc. is not any better or worse than I have experienced from other hotels in the same category for the last 25 years. But the reason I cannot recommend this hotel at all is due to an incident I had the day before my departure. The lift in the hotel is small and slow, this I had noticed during the first day of my stay. But that is also jeopardises the safety of the guests, this was new to me. The day before my departure the lift jammed around the 2. floor, and the thing did not move further. I was trapped in a locked lift for around 15 minutes (don't know the exact time, as I didn't bring my watch or mobile). Via the phone in the lift I advised the receptionist, he came and tried to open the door with a tool, with no luck. Only after 15 minutes some other guy managed to open the doors and get me out. It was a nasty experience being trapped in a small, hot room not knowing when you would be liberated, and after 12-14 minutes I almost started to panic as the receptionist couldn't open the doors. After getting out I instantly confronted the hotel management, they excused the incident but refused to compensate me for this nasty experience except a free meal in their restaurant, which I instantly refused. I have stayed in many 2/3 star hotels during the last 25 years but have never had such an unacceptable and nasty experience as this.

    Awful restaurant

    Guy from the staff was literally offended and angry with me that I asked for vegetarian options. Pizza (yeaaah, vegetarian) was frozen - I mean bought in the shop and just warmed there. But also served not that warm either. Other people from my group took chicken kebab and I guess it was ok so that's why 2 stars not 1. I do not recommend

    Central place with friendly staff

    "+" Location - close to nice Kleopatra beach. Friendly staff. Cleand room. Daily room`s cleaning. Breackfast included. "-" Ancient room TV and A/c. No WiFi signal in rooms. Holes in towels and bed sheets.
