  John and Jenny 5* Hosts

  My daughter my two grandchildren and myself have just got back from this lovely Friendly B&B we all really enjoyed our stay John and Jenny are wonderful thoughtful hosts and greeted us with a warm welcome which I was rather surprised at because we were running late for check in, we did arrive before the deadline and I had also messaged to inform them we would be there after 6pm but I was still worried we would keep our hosts waiting for us , I had nothing to worry about they totally understood and welcomed us into their lovely hotel , explaining everything we needed to know even explaining how to unlock the sometimes stiff front door they even told us of nice places to eat and drink . Went out of their way to insure we had a pleasant stay . John even parked our car for us and brought our keys up to our room after . We had family room which was clean comfortable and what you would expect for a B&B at the price we paid , as for breakfast we were asked the night before which time sitting we would like in the morning as breakfast is made to order so lovely and fresh and delicious and plentiful we even had more toast as soon as I requested some more. Will definitely recommend this lovely friendly hotel and Im sure we will come again soon thank you John and Jenny and also your staff for making our stay a enjoyable one xxxx

  Amazing place

  We have just had an amazing weekend at Alfies hotel the owners were very friendly and very accommodating, my husband wanted to watch the rugby final and the owner sorted a protector and put it on while we had our breakfast. The staff were very friendly as well and helpful.

  Lovely couple Fantastic stay

  We went with three adults and three children for a short break and can't recommend this hotel enough! Breakfast was cooked to order and rooms were really good size and well maintained! Will definitely stay again and recommend.

  Don't ring to book

  my wife booked the family over the phone in July just as the restriction was lifted with the coronavirus. All was sorted over the phone with our date booked in.. We turned up today, and didn't even acknowledge our booking, said that they didn't recollect any booking, yet we had proof of the call. No help whatsoever, 4 children very dissapointed and upset. Would never trust this hotel again and certainly will never book with them again. Thanks alfies ruined our holiday...

  Best holiday

  We've had the best holiday. The hotel is lovely. The owners went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful can't fault them. The room was big and perfect for our family. Would most definitely recommend staying here. Its the best place to stay. Perfect shops near by and close to the south pier and pleasure Beach. All round one of the best B&Bs hotel we've stayed in.
