  Birthday Bash

  We booked this hotel so that we could crawl back after the rooftop party. Nice quiet place. Surrounded by heaps of restaurants. Small & nice. Must visit the rooftop bar for nice views of Yangon. Travellers...this is a nice base for sightseeing

  Good sized rooms with low ceiling

  I recently stayed at Alfa I had choose it because of its location. I was pleasantly surprised about the rooftop bar, I liked to rooms even though the ceilings were very low, but the towels very extra old and the amenities very poor. I might come back for the bar but not for the rooms.

  Rooftop bar for sunset!

  I didn't actually stay at the hotel, but I visited the rooftop bar at sunset which I highly recommend! It's nothing too fancy but you can get a Myanmar beer and enjoy an excellent view of the city. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

  Nice rooftop bar

  This hotel is perfect for a stay as it's a central yangon,location is one of the best,room is spacious but old n nice Sapphire bar at level 12 rooftop. Breakfast can be improve as it's almost same everyday. nearby 3 min walking distance to Yaw Min Gyi (Boyar Nyunt Street),i went there everyday for meal,beer n wine,there's lot of pub,bar,restaurants and massage,my flavour jap food,local cuisine n mala xiangguo.I love body&foot massage at Singapore foot reflexology,skillful style n strength power.just feel relax n a warm street . Recommended hotel if price ok. Easy walking distance to many tourists attraction like Bogyoke market, junction city, Chinatown.. Sure we will be back.

  Terrible Experience Ever! Definitely not go back there again!

  The bar itself is not bad, not so good cocktails and a quiet place but a bad management. There is this annoying so called manager who is rude and unprofessional for someone who is working in the field of hospitality. We had a little miscommunication regards with the service and the bars T&C but instead of coming to negotiate with us directly, she rudely scolded the waiters in front of us, ranting the words aiming to us. Very disappointed. Things could have been sorted out in a smoothed peaceful way. And we also heard back that this is not the first time happening. They are losing their customers and they should have learnt the words "Hospitality", "Customer Service" and "Flexibility". Never stepping into that bar again as long as the management doesnt know how to communicate with the customer in the most professional way.
