  What a surprise!

  The apartment turned out to be a 2-bedroom house, complete with garage and back yard. Modern, immaculately clean, neutrally decorated, very comfortable. Every mod con, including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and garden furniture. Well equipped, including washing up cloths, dishwasher powder and washing powder. Only a few suggestions for improvement - provide a coffee table, add more hangers (4 or 5 in each of the two wardrobes is not going to be enough for a family of four) and put up curtains in the bedrooms (the white vertical blinds did not keep out the light, so we were woken at 6am). Otherwise first class.

  Service Brilliant, apartment comfortable

  WE sayed here for 3 nights, we had 4 adults two children. This is not a place for kids as it is literally just a town house. Everything like parks or pools are driving distance. The apartment was very run down with marks on the walls, dents in areas and had not been thoroughly cleaned. We were surpirised as initially it seemed great but really looked scruffy due to the lack of maintenance. Also with 6 staying there little things like extra towels or soap would have helped. The service provided by the manager was exceptional, compliments to her, she gave me excellent advice and when I asked for more toiletries she was happy to help. IWOULDSTA y there again if I was there on business not as a family holiday

  Run down

  It has really aged and is run down. The couch was virtually unusable it was so uncomfortable we sat at the dinning table. It was dirty and dusty hairs all through the bathroom dusty and dirty cupboards and they expect you the to tidy up and remove rubbish for them !

  Comfortable stay

  Booked online via a booking website for 2 adults, 2 kids for a 3 night stay. Easy to find, close to the major shopping centre and other fast food outlets and restaurants. Clean facility. Management onsite and available at check in and check out. Good internet for the kids, locking garage. Relatively comfortable bed and shower was ok. No coat hangers in the closet and no pool, although plenty of space for both... a pool would be a welcome addition here. I would probably stay here again. Fair for the price.

  Apartment

  Came to Bundaberg for an appointment and found this apartment great. 2 levels with 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and living, kitchen and toilet downstairs. Full kitchen available and coles only 5 min away. Garage was too small for our car but there was parking areas available at front of complex.
