  Great budget

  Booked direct, my call was handled very professionally. On arrival the same friendly help. Was given an upstairs unit but when I said my wife had a dodgie knee we were given an upgrade. Close to tram, train, and food outlets. I would book here again.

  Tired, old and dirty

  Recently stayed for two nights in a two bedroom apartment. Walked in to find the floors and all services very dirty. Looks like it hasn't had a good clean for some time. Checked out the bathroom and couldn't believe it. It was about 20 years past its working life. It was stained and filthy, a variety of taps which were all broken, loose and leaking. I'm not sure how it passes an inspection. Cooking in the kitchen wasn't even considered. The two bedrooms upstairs have a weird set up with open walls overlooking the lounge room and stair way. I complained about the filthy condition and a team sent to again clean the room. A little better, but not much can be done with so much stained and damage surfaces. I understand that it is only a 3 star motel but we do expect it to clean and operational. The bathroom alone should condem this unit from being suitable for accommodation.

  Stopover

  A good little stopover. Nothing special very basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were ok. Avoid breakfast. Go to Reno rate just up the road. Good stop on way way to airport. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and ok.

  Good choice for value and all the basics for a motel

  Well equipped room if a bit small but a good sized washroom with shower. Management provided a microwave on request which was a nice surprise. Fridge in every room. The only real problem was with a few of the TV stations would stop and start (freeze) for a few seconds at a time (continuously) throughout my 2 day stay ... probably something wrong with the cable/satellite feed. Cleanliness was good and front desk was helpful.

  20 years overdue for a reno

  Grimmy, worn and seedy. 20 years overdue for a reno. Nothing felt clean, everything cheap, and stained. Flickery fluro's, buzzing 80's aircon, long wait for hot water from an unpleasant shower. Mattress well used and bowing but at least not hard. Room smelt faintly of smoke and has clearly been deodorized more than once. Have stayed in worse but like those I wont be back.
