  If you are looking for the following: - luxury - immaculate presentation and great ambience - impeccable customer service - comfort - location - decor to match Alex Perrys renowned style - rooms clean, very comfortable, ammenities to suite your home away from home and if it wasnt in the room it was only a matter of a phone call away. If your looking foe a great night of sleep the room for sleeping is excellent, can be blacked out and nil noise, best sleep I have had in a while. Staff were extremely accommodating. On the morning of NYE I received a call from a lovely lady. Ruth, who advised me that my request for a last minute additional room could be accommodated but what made our last day of 2020 was that we could check in any time that day. The call was approximately at 830am and we were free to check in any time after that. Now that is a unique service and rarely happens unless you pay the additional costs. Exceptional service from Ruth and her staff from prior to checking in and throughout our entire stay. Every staff member from check in, to security to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable. Convenient location to great restaurants, city, shopping. Ruth- what can I say - you are an absolute asset to Alex Perry and the epitome of customer service. Thank you. Steve - most security details are staunch and have no personality. You on the other hand were quite the opposite. Treated all with respect and talked to guests professionally but with great character whilst making sure we were all safe and abiding by hotel guidelines. Under the current COVID restrictions that can be trying for all. Well done Overall highly recommend if your looking for a Gem in Brisbane.

  Perfect location & very quiet

  I stayed for 4 nights on the 11th floor in a 1 bedroom appartement with a balcony. Very good phone reception and wifi. The windows are sound proof so very quiet. I slept like an angel. Very clean appartement and has everything you need including a powerful hairdryer!! The only negative I have to say is that I had my appartement was cleaned only once during my 4 nights stay and the website says daily housekeeping..? Even though I left the sign on the door please clean my room, they didnt come. The room next to mine had also their sign up for 2 days but also no success. I thought I should mention this. Otherwise, everything was great.

  Fabulous

  Great Hotel. Great location. Decor 1st class. Got a room upgrade to a one bedroom suite from a studio room. The only reason , I dropped a star is my room wasnt serviced for the 3 nights I was there. No worries. It was only me & thought it might be a Covid precaution. Close enough to walk to all the entertainment in James St & The Valley. Would definitely recommend.

  Great place and friendly staff

  I highly recommend this place. The room was very well equipped, clean and luxurious. The rooftop pool was cleaned and have a city view. The staff who checked us in (can't remember his name) was very friendly and Ruth was amazing in giving us some tips about some cafes and restaurants.

  Nothing luxurious or over the top - just good all round!

  I can be pretty short sharp and shiny about this one. Our one bedroom apartment did precisely what it needed to for one night and I cant see why anyone wouldnt be comfortable if they needed a self contained place for a longer stay too. Good size, good price, good facilities, good parking on site (very affordable if pre-booked), good to have a washing machine in the room, good location and good clean and tidy rooftop area to open a bottle of wine and chill! Nothing luxurious or over the top - just good all round!
