    Buen hotel, forma una pequeña urbanización alrededor de la piscina y los jardines, con fuentes que dan una gran sensación de frescor en medio del desierto, habitación, baño y armario grande, acogedoras y elegantes, todo en color blanco, muy limpio, personal amable. No tienen desayuno (ya te avisan antes), pero te puedes tomar café, zumo y un dulce que te sirven en recepción.

    Más una casa grande que un hotel- Los cuartos muy amplios con camas grandes y cómodas, dan al pato central lleno de plantas y flores (en primavera). Personal muy amable. El desayuno consiste en bebidas calientes y unos croissants deliciosos. Ideal.

    My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, the suite was perfect, the grounds were beautiful, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the adjacent Birba and Cheeky's restaurants were great. We would stay here again and again and again!

    Our first trip to Palm Springs was delightful -- thanks to Alcazar!

    My husband and I had a lovely experience staying at Alcazar (and our first ever trip to Palm Springs in general!) Alcazar Palm Springs came recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed. Firstly, Alcazar made our reservation switch from the weekend of Feb 20-22 to Feb 27-Mar 1a breeze which was SO appreciated! Upon calling to reschedule, the very kind man on the phone recommended us room 38 (since the room we had selected was not available for the next weeks dates) and the room was really fantastic -- a great recommendation! The views of the mountains were spectacular! The room was comfortable and the hotel overall had the most relaxing vibe. We loved relaxing by the pool for hours and the heated pool was such a nice touch for our February visit. We dined and both restaurants connected to Alcazar, Cheeky's and Birba, and the food was scrumptious! We appreciated that the restaurants were taking all necessary COVID precautions and felt very safe to dine there. Upon checkout we were offered a complimentary bottle of wine (as it was our anniversary!) Such thoughtful touches made all the difference and we would love to come back and visit Alcazar in the future!!

    Perfect Palm Springs hotel

    I love this hotel! Ive stayed at many Palm Springs hotels recently and this is my favorite so far. We got a great deal by staying three weeknights and booking on their website with their buy two get one free promo. The pool and hot tub are really niceno booming club music here! The location is idealits right by a bunch of good restaurants (must go to Cheekys!), walking distance to the downtown area but far enough away to feel chill and calm. The beds/rooms are comfortable. I stayed in a mountain king fireplace room (#43) and it was roomy and nice but a bit noisier than my moms poolside king patio room (#28) bc you could hear the music etc at the restaurants and the trucks loading etc. It was bigger than my moms room though. The pool was nice and quiet on Mon-Wed but Sunday is was a bit rowdy - with kids! I guess thats the risk you take at a kid friendly hotel. We appreciated that it was pet friendly too though - we brought our new puppy. Well definitely return!
