  A Great Holiday

  My wife and I went with a tour group to this hotel in September 2013.I would like to say the staff were great nothing was too much trouble.The manager especially went out of his way on no end of occasions for our group.I have stayed in some so-called 4* Italian hotels not as good as this one.

  stayed here for a week absolutely wonderful, the staff were a pleasure, the rooms/bathroom very clean, food (gained too much weight) for comfort in one week. Absolutely lovely to sit on the terrace at night relaxing after a good meal with our vino, only one drawback no swimming pool, all in all would recommend the hotel to any one

  Nice hotel but ....

  We stayed here for 7 nights with Alfa Travel. The hotel was really nice and comfortable and staff were good. However, the food was very disappointing. Served warm, not hot and poor choice. The coffee out of a machine was never hot. At breakfast the toaster only appeared on 1 morning. The hairdryer in the bathroom was useless.

  Very pleasant

  A very pleasant stay. Well run holiday in a peaceful Street. Friendly and welcoming staff, helpful with advice etc. Rooms very clean, all with balconies and we'll maintained. A short walk to the beach and town centre for shops and bars etc

  Poor Resort - and location in it.

  Never again would I visit Pietrasanto which from the English viewpoint is one of the most boring seaside resorts anywhere. A mile of beach 90% filled with private loungers and the shoreline has some of the must disgusting sludgy seaweed all along it. Goodness knows what people do there other than lie in the sun. The hotel itself is poor too. Food in Italy used to be regarded as the best in Europe - no longer and here is well below average and although my room was nice and kept very clean the furniture (particularly the shower) was as cheap as it is possible to buy. I felt that if I lent on the shower it would collapse. The TV had no programmes in English - not even CNN. None to well located it is about 5 identical streets back from the beach somewhere amidst many other similar hotels. I would give it 0 stars but the staff are nice and helpful.
