  Good located, lovely private beach

  We spent 2 nights at Croce Bianca, located in the centre of Omegna. Our room was huge, very nice. Breakfast was served at the roof terrace, a great place in the morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We spent one afternoon all alone at the small private beach of the Hotel, which is about 1 km away from the Hotel. Great! The restaurant is also to recommend, had a menu (3 dishes) in the evening at a very nice price. Food was really good.

  A really pleasant hotel in a good location

  Very positive hotel experience. The staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The room had a postcard quality view of the city and mountains. The decor is minimalistic but functional. The bathroom was euro-small but spotless and well-designed. The free hotel breakfast was first rate. All the items were fresh and there were some good local specialties. The hotel is convenient to the lake, restaurants, and the boat service.

  Wonderfull!

  Good breakfast buffet, clean rooms. We have had several rooms (2-/3-bedroom) on 3 different floors (2,3,4), all lakeside. All of them were nice and clean. We have been there as a couple and later with a kid (really feels like children are welcome, they have baby cots, baby chairs etc!). Always extremely friendly and helpful staff - all of them! From the waiters in the morning to the room maids, the receptionists, the doorman at night - and of course lovely Paola who keeps everything working smoothly, makes everything possible. And all that always with a friendly word and a smile! Thank you all for making our stay so nice!! The hotel is located in the city center, close to everything. Anyway, it feels still very relaxed as it's right by the lake and the pedestrian zone starts on the other side of the road (there is also the tourist information). Some restaurants and a grocery store can even be accessed without passing the road. The lakeside view from the restaurant and the rooms with view over the sea is AMAZING!! During august, we could even enjoy the breakfast outside at the roof top terrace (very beautiful view on the mountains/city/lake). Omegna itself is a very cozy, little city with a wonderful scenery (lake, mountains), nice restaurants and ice cream bars, beautiful mountains for those who like mountaineering and a lake with clear water. You can get there by train e.g. from Milano airport or from Bern. The train station is just a few hundred meters from the hotel (maybe 10 min walk). By car it's an approx 1 hour ride from Milano airport. We have been there 3 times during the last 5 years - and we will come back, that's for sure!!! :)

  GREAT LOCATION AT A GREAT PRICE

  Recently spent 4 nights here and wished it could have been 4 weeks. Situated at the head of Lake Orta the hotel is in the perfect position to kick back and enjoy the fabulous views. The staff were warm, friendly and ever so helpful. Secure parking is available by prior arrangement in an underground carpark less than 50 metres away. Breakfast is of the continental variety but offers THE best selection I have ever come across in any hotel. The only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are single glazed so some outside noise is inevitable.

  Perfect location with fabulous view

  After a quick check-in we went to our special (trip-advisor recommended) spacious room 470 or 472 (very best is the corner room) which has a BIG balcony with a fabulous view over the lake. Thereafter to the reserved garage which was also sufficient. The hotel is in the centre of town near the lake boat mooring place, many restaurants and sightseeing places. Breakfast was a nice spread served on their top-floor deck in the summer. Absolutely a great place to stay when you want to explore the area of Omegna.
