  Lovely Hotel

  We have stayed here before so chose this hotel again lovely rooms pleanty of room Lovely location friendly helpful staff. Beautiful balcony to sit on eating breakfast. Lovely town nice shops lovely spa building lots bars and restaurants.

  What a delightful hotel!!!

  We came upon this hotel quite by accident in search of the famous spa---across the street! They took care of our car and as a couple who own the hotel were wonderful. The center of the town is right here and it is full of cafes and great quiet shopping But the spa is across the street Linens are fresh and ironed, the bed of firm-- we bring our own down pillows so I can't address that They provided late check out when we used the spa. Wonderful find

  Beautiful People, Nice Hotel, Beautiful Town

  Continuing our drive from Venice to Verona to a small but charming town Salsomaggiore Terme. We arrived early and the friendly hotel staff from Bosnia allowed us to check into 2 of the 4 rooms booked, and gave us a brief on the town as well as the hotel. She also recommended a nice restaurant a short walking distance away from the hotel - and it was great lunch we had! The small hotel offers its own charm, with modern upgrade of rooms, bathrooms, and facilities, we enjoyed the one night stay tremendously. The bar even allowed us to drink our own wine and enjoy our titbits. It is well located, within walking distance to the old town and town centre, a delightful walk to enjoy morning freshness and to enjoy a coffee by the park. Unfortunately we stayed only one night. Highly recommended.

  Great Hotel

  Stayed here for 3 nights and after BA cancelled our flight the hotel changed our dates with no questions asked, excellent service before we got there. The hotel is in the heart of a beautiful town with everything in walking distance. The breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are great, nothing was too much for the staff and we even got a 10% discount at the L'Incontro restaurant which was a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this hotel, great location excellent staff and very good prices. Thank you.

  Only one thing can best their hospitality: their food!

  Small, family-managed (and closely managed!) hotel in the very center of the town, with newly refurbished, spanking clear rooms. Staff is helpful, pleasant - and fast! We loved our few days there. Breakfast buffet is quite complete for an Italian hotel, with 4 passable gluten-free biscuits, fresh fruits, various cereals, milk and yoghurt, some eggs and bacon, various cold cuts and a couple of cheese varieties. The most surprising feature on top of this all is an amazing assortment of a dozen kinds of pastries and biscuits, and a couple of cakes, freshly baked daily with incredibly light dough. If you have always been skeptical of Italian-style sweet breakfasts, this will win you over. We had our New Year's Eve dinner there, with a few dozen other guests. It was blissfully free from half-hearted entertainment and amazingly rich with great local food and original recipes prepared to perfection. One warning for completeness' sake: from our room you could hear people blowing their nose in neighbouring rooms, which may annoy some. If we ever get back to Salsomaggiore, we will check here first.
