  Una vergüenza la habitación que nos dieron

  El Hotel de entrada pinta bien. Junto al mar, un buen hall. Antes de darnos la habitación fuimos a cenar, ya la cosa se empezó a torcer. Íbamos en grupo, dan habitaciones, a otros 2xx, 3xx, a nosotros 617. Salimos del ascensor y una planta lúgubre con las paredes sucias Entramos en la habitación y pensamos que habíamos entrado en una cloaca. Olor insoportable. Todo viejo y asqueroso, no daba al mar y en la terraza solo cabía la silla de lado. Reclamamos y nos dicen que la habitación está bien y no tienen otra. Agarramos las maletas y nos plantamos en Recepción hasta que lo solucionaran. Al final nos dieron una que tenían cerrada porque habían sellado en un balón. La planta y la habitación mucho mejor y con una buena terraza hacia el mar, solo que olía a silicona, pero mejor eso que el olor a cloaca. Es increíble que puedan dar habitaciones como la que nos dieron y se negaran a cambiarnos hasta que nos plantamos

  Best place to rest

  Rooms are very comfortable, the bed is soft and cosy. You can enjoy different dishes every meal and every day. We had the possibility to try also Albanian traditional dishes like Tave Kosi. The staff is very friendly and professional. The beach also is clean and the boy that worked there was always careful to find us the best place to rest. At the evenings we enjoyed the live music and also folk night with professional dancers. The view from the room is breathtaking at the evening and also the sound of the waves at the night is very relaxing

  The right place you need for a great vacation.

  Without doubt one of my favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Albania. Excellent hospitality and a very warmly staff. Located near the sea and the view from the room was gorgeous. The girl at reception was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and so comfortable. The evenings were accompanied by various activities; different kind of music and dancers. I will definitely be back here with my family.

  When we decided to come in Albania we were in doubt for our selection but once we came at the reception the girls there with their smiles made our doubt disappear. I want to thank all the staff of Albanian Star Hotel for their hospitality waiters, cleaning ladies and everyone there. See you next year

  Thank you for the outstanding service !

  Excellent hotel in perfect location in Golem on the long sandy beach,relatively close to Durres (old town is very beautiful and is definitely worth visiting). 5 star service, very professional and hospitable staff, tasty local dishes... This was our first time in Albania and it was a wonderful experience ! Looking forward to visiting again :)
