  The perfect holiday

  we had previous holidays cancelled but thanks to hays travel we got this hotel. Its a very nice hotel with friendly staff and great food during the day. You will also be greeted by the entertainment team every day around the pool side who make the whole day really enjoyable. If you come here look out for a guy called Ali baba, he is a lovely guy and will look after you throughout your stay from information to having fun he will do his best to help you. Himself and another guy called hassan also put on the games around the pool and for the evening entertainment which they do an amazing job at doing. You will also be greeted by the houseman during the day who is also called hassan. He again will do his best to make sure you are happy throughout the day making sure everything is clean and tidy while also making sure you have your sun bed for the day. We couldn't have asked for a nicer holiday especially in the current situation with covid 19 Thank you alba queen and all your staff for a lovely holiday

  Nice holiday

  After 2 holidays cancelled this year with different travel agents, we finally manged to book the 3rd one thanks to jet2. We just came back from Alba Queen after a 10 night family holiday! Good points: hotel is located in a nice location and has a private beach, staff are friendly, reception guy's are very friendly and helpfull, food...ok, the bar is opened until late night, nice entertainment during the day and specially evenings thanks to Ali Baba and Hassan! Nice spa facilities!! Bad points: Internet supposed to be free in all the resort, but we had to pay £40 for 2 people so we can have internet in the rooms as well, even if we paid the signal was not great! Hotel also have seen better days, some work/painting need to be done in some areas. Avoid the man organisign trips outaside the hotel, 2 in away on the right, (this has nothing to do with Alba Queen), specially if you have kids, the trips he is organising are not safe in my opinion, we paid him 600 turkis lira for 2 adults and a child for a safary trip. We only lasted 5 min in the jeep as the driver was driving like a lunatic. So avoid that man, if you want to organise trips this can be done safely through the hotel or your travel agent. Overall we had good time and will come back! Also i have to say that they had the biggest swimming pool i ever seen so far!

  Alba Queen hotel

  I would definitely recommend this hotel as it has everything to give. The food is very tasty and the pool is clean and always a sun bed available. I would also like to thank ARIF for his hospitality and great service in the Food service area And his Colleague which I cant remember his name. Also the Receptionist was very helpful as we all struggled with the internet service he went above and bound to sort it out. Overall I would definitely come here again

  Entertainment team were fantastic

  Hotel: not 5* as advertised at best it's a 3*.first night we arrived our children's room was about 10 rooms away, this was rectified the next day. Not free wifi as advertised. Free is only in the lobby..the wifi has to be bought to be able to have wifi in your room or even near the pool.Food was ok. Service in the kitchen and dining hall was awful, waiters are rude, speak hardly any English and they shout and yell for you to hurry up and choose your food bearing in mind I was travelling with children. I made a complaint on my second to last day as had just had enough of the rudeness from waiters and kitchen staff..after this they seemed to be a little more polite. The room cleaning was very poor. They definetely should not advertise as 5* as it's clearly not. However this hotel has the best entertainment team..Alibaba has the best games for the evening which will have you in stitches. The beautiful Cansu made sure that all your yoga and exercise needs were covered and made it fun too. Selim making sure the darts competitions were going ahead everyday..they were all so friendly and easy to approach. They took us on a great night out to karma open air disco..was lovely. I would highly recommend this entertainment team. This team are the best part of the hotel. It was just a shame about the kitchen staff which ruined a big part of my holiday. I would love to go back but the hotel need to work on their service a lot.

  Not my cup of tea

  Only stayed here because the Alba Royal where we normally go was shut and we were only informed 2 days before.We were offered the Queen or a refund,in hindsight should have taken the refund and lost the flight money! Although similar in looks the rooms and hotel fall way below the standard of the Royal,would I stay here again...not even if it was free.If you love or like this hotel fair play to you but there are a lot better about to try out.
