    Vacaciones

    La recepción del hotel no es amable. Las instalaciones y la habitación son antiguas. En el desayuno no hay variedad de frita freca sólo naranjas. Y en las comidas tampoco hay variedad, de ambos lados del Buffet se repiten las preparaciones, todos los días dos tipos de arroz de ambos lados. Las piscinas y el mar bellisimo. Sólo que las piscinas están abiertas hasta las 17 horas. El resto del personal fluctúa entre lo amable y lo insolente. No repetiría ni recomendaría.

    Nice Hotel

    We enjoyed our vacation a lot the hotel is very good. The stuff very nice and made us feel welcomed. But the surfteacher Alaa was very enoying, he doesn't accept a no, I blocked him on facebook and he wrote me with 2 other profiles, he was waiting outside the hotel for me even I told him many times I am not interested in him. Be careful with him.

    Great vacation

    I came alone but I was never boring. I liked food in Mongolian restaurant. Aqua park has many slides. Room is 4.5/5. Housekeeper cleaned my room every day. Animation team is nice. Especially big thanks for Nicolas. I will never forget your bachata

    Tragic

    Scary hotel. The food is tragic, the same every day, no ice cream. There is no talk of hygiene in the language. Rooms are old, changing linens and towels only, nobody cleans the floor. Evening programs are the worst, you might say they don't even exist. Every other day karaoke or some nonsense. Other programs are paid. Animators are very boring, you won't understand when they work at all. One animator had a riot against a tourist. The scariest hotel we've ever been to. If it continues, it will close quickly. We do not recommend it to anyone.

    Awful resort

    We stayed here only for four days, we booked this as a last minute vacation only to get sun. The hotel is dirty, garbage all around. The food is disgusting because everything is dirty. It simply did not taste good. The rooms are also dirty and old. The property is huge but many parts of the hotel seemed to be under construction with old furniture out and old soda machines in plain sight. I am glad we only stayed here for 4 days...this hotel looks nothing like the pictures showed in the site. The only good thing is the beach, it is clean and the personnel makes sure the beach is clean. The staff is pretty nice. We had to tip the guy who cleaned our room so he will change the bed sheets since when we arrived they looked used. The room smelled like cigarette and they even had an ashtray there. The walls are stained, the mirror was broken and had stains of what looked like an old spill.yuk! This is a hotel for low class family income, however many things cost extra. Never again!
