  Best business hotel in the area

  The rooms are all OK. Business suites are large and well equipped which make 2 week plus stays there no bother. Apartments are a very good size but not a 50/50 split between the 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a jacuzzi and shower plus separate bathroom the other bedroom has a bath and shower in a private bathroom. Rooms are clean, air conditioned in the summer, warm in the winter. The lobby bar serves a good range of food but waiting times can be long if they're busy. Also if there for an extended period then the menu doesn't have enough variety. In the summer it's in a nice place. Only 10 minutes walk to 4 or 5 restaurants. In the winter it's a different matter. Could really do with a gym but they're rare in non western chain hotels in Russia. Internet can be patchy and a little slow but I prefer this hotel to any in Chelny.

  The Staff make this Hotel

  The friendly attentive Staff make up for the few short comings of this Hotel, which is mainly frequented by people on business. Particular praise must go out to the girls in the restaurant, who do their very best to please, even if you get your order backwards, un-timed or even something else altogether different, not a real issue as food is very good and a huge choice in the menu. Rooms very spacious, with good bed and kitchen but mine suffered from very poor water pressure and a leaking bath, occasionaly water was tinged brown? Generally very good FREE WIFI(unusual these days) Nothing to speak of in the area, I believe some landmarks, but unfortunately being there for business did not see much of the surrounding area.

  Quite well but some important issues.

  I was hosted in one of their apartments during a month (2 weeks in june, 2 weeks more in august), for bussiness (TAF project), so I can express my opinion with very good knowledge: * Amazing apartment: to be realistic, too big for only person...complete kitchen, huge dinning room, bedroom with bathroom equiped with jakuzzi!!!...everything looks perfect!...BUT: * No supermarkets next to hotel. I asked to hotel staff and no one gave me a response...finally I found one (1km far) scrolling my GPS. *I was in two different rooms and in both, when I tried to fill in my jakuzzi, water was completly brown!!! (As oxide) ...moreover...you only had bubbles in your feet; bubbles regulation for your back didn't work * staff don't understand/speak english! (In general)...only 2,3 persons (front desk and lobby bar)...that's it!. Too much problems with that. * breakfast completely disappointing... Very few variety...staff very slow replacing whatever was consumed (if they did it). * I found ants in my sugar pot (at the restaurant) and when I told the situation to the waitress she only exchanged it with the existing one on the next table...that's all!...(my good!!!) So...at the end I must say that OK...but is not gold all that shines!.

  Ramada Yelabuga

  New, very nice hotel with good restaurant, great level of services, English speakers. Rooms on 7th floors are amazing with overview on old part of town with park. Better 3 Star Hotel! I can just recommended for business trip or vacation.

  Excellent stay

  A point of reference for those who were in the vicinity of Yelabuga. I stayed in this hotel for two months and I had a great time. The structure is newly made, welcoming and with an excellent restaurant. In particular, I wanted to point out the great professionalism and kindness of all the staff, from the reception desk, to the restaurant service staff, to the room cleaning staff. Best wishes for a Happy New Year and see you next time. Definitely recommended for both business and leisure travel.
