  Imposible dormir

  El hotel ( dicoteca) no esta mal, bien localizado, habitacion nueva, baño moderno.... Pero no es un hotel, es uba discoteca con hotel arriba. La nusica no para hasta las 3:00am. Si eres de los que duerme sin problemas con el ruido o te gusta la fiesta.... Internet es gratis pero solo para dos equipos, por que? Y la calidad es mejorable. La amabilidad del personal es correcta pero fria. El desayuno no lo probe pero parecia flojito.

  We were in Sarab hotel about 5 nights. it was 3 stars ,small hotel. our room was ok but not very big.it had Tv, safe box, something like closet and minibar. Some of the front desk`s staff were helpful. The hotel didn`t have anything special but I don`t understand why they took 500 ADE deposit and also they kept our passports too. first we told them we wont need the minibar plz send someone to clean it and then they came to luck it completely but we needed fridge for our water and... but just for a tiny minibar they kept our passports with 500 deposit it was really shocking. the breakfast was very small and everyday the same. It was a noisy club as well and even in 6th floor you can here it.they don`t have GYM and sport facilities there. everyday they made up our room and it was good. the hotel location is totally good it is near the al Rigga metro .

  Stayed here on a 24hour layover in Dubai which let me see the Burj. Location Hotel is a couple of minutes from Al Rigga metro station which is around 10 minutes from the airport. Day passes are available, and the service runs 05:00-00:00. Outside of this window taxis are your best bet. Checkin Was a little slow, and receptionist was somewhat distracted. Common experience in the Emirates. Room On the 6th floor (2 lifts available) standard business stay set up. Adequate lighting, desk to work at, safe, mini bar. All quite clean and tidy. AC worked but as with others couldnt change it from auto setting. Noise/ thudding audible from nightclub downstairs. Loud enough to be annoying Bathroom. Itself small but with spacious shower. Only problem was no cold water. So expect to brush your teeth in warm water, at Least I had to. Mentioned this to the distracted receptionist and told me thats how it was and refused to provide extra bottled water. Bed Was comfortable with 2 pillows provided Checkout A little slow whilst they phoned house keeping, I assume to check contents of mini bar. Somewhat inconvenient if you are in a rush Overall For what I paid the room was ok nothing special. Its probably only somewhere Id stay on a quick stop over

  Can not count on its reservation

  I booked weeks before my trip and they confirmed the reservation (Confirmation number: 3383594009 )then They canceled my booking 24 hours before my arrival. They claimed that they couldnt process my visa. So I was out of my country then I found out that I had no place to stay. I went to such a great deal of trouble and of course the rates had gone up the sky by then. And my visa was fine and I paid the other hotels with it. I booked using booking.com and they process the visa before confirmation.

  Excellent hospitality

  yesterday it was the third time that I have gone to al sarab Hotel i checke in yesterday at 7 pm . really we had good time during our stay . I would like to thank reception team they are professional specially Miss sarah she is friendly and she was helpful to handled my booking and attentive to all request. I would like to thank Mr tahir for cooperation and supportive . The staff are very kind and helpful unusually . Room service is fast and accurate and they are given excellent service . Once again thanks for care and good hospitality and My choice will always be for stay al sarab hotel .
