  Amazing place to be near Haram

  we stayed at the time of Hajj and the place was the great the food was amazing, very helpful staff and large and clean rooms, you just front of the Haram so no need to worry about how long it will take you to go, you just get down and you will be there.

  poor service in restaurant

  To General manager and Director food and beverages. please train to your staff into communication skills.Our room number is 437 .We came from travel agent Tiram travel malaysia.we suppose to have meals in separate buffet for our group and we're join by the same group in the breakfast lunch and dinner and we had a same place restaurant for morning and we came for lunch at the same dining place and i check the food they serve is a same menu for a both place restaurant and your restaurant manager open the bills for us.My question is why the restaurant manager ask for coupon? Why is the different our travel agent for meals? why the hotel staff double standard the service? This is the way 5 star service provided by this hotel?We pay for package stayed and why your staff trade the service like this? We are looking forward from your hire person to communicate with us ASAP.

  Not poor but VERY POOR

  This hotel is not poor but VERY POOR!!! 10 times i ask for towels room 1539 (faizin int travel stay on 25 dec - 30 dec) because they not give us enough towel. The room for 5 persons but we only got 2 towels. Calling the reception and housekeeping many time but still have no action. After 24 hours, after call soooo many times more than 20x time, we get the towel.. what the hell rite? Then the toilet at reception level very poor, always under maintenance.. just 1 question, is this 5 stars hotel? I don't think so. And Safwah Royale Orchid Hotel, honestly speaking, this is not what I expect from you. Very poor! Very embarrassing! Disaster hotel! The staff also rude. The food? Omg! Bluerk!

  Closest to Haram

  Its the closest hotel to al-haram, the location is excellent. We took the Malaysian pilgrims package and was served Malaysian food throughout which was repetitive and a bit of a letdown. A bit more variety & taste would be great. However the hotel itself was good but rooms can be a hit or a miss. Alhamdulillah we got a room with a side view of Al haram. My mother in law had a brick wall as a view out her window and she had a smaller room. Prayer room had a nice view of the courtyard complex but al-haram is covered by the new entrance. Great place to pray if you can't make it in time to the haram. Cafe at the lobby serves starbucks coffee which is decent. If you want variety there's a food court one escalator level down. There's a Malaysian restaurant and all other Arab food court food. DO NOT go to the laundry on the food court level (Al Safwa laundry) they're a ripoff and overcharge. What makes things worse the workers are absolutely and horrendously rude. They shout and throw change at you. There's is another at LG level (Ansar) heard it was better.

  Perfect location

  I took 10 minutes to walk from my hotel room to Haram. However, the lifts can be very slow during peak periods. So plan your journey ahead. We had a 3 single bed room configuration. The room was spacious. Haram's azan is connected to the room. Restaurant was rather disappointing. Dishes kept repeating. However our aim was for ibadah. There are fast food options that are walking distance. There is a musollah in the hotel. Service were on point. Staff kept asking if we required new towels or water.
