Un lujazo a buen precio
Nos fuimos 4 a pasar un fin de semana y me pareció un gusto de lugar. Cada villa está muy monas decoradas y tienen su piscina privada. Un lujo. Además tienes una zona común para desayunar y cenar si quieres. Es muy recomendable. En cuanto a ubicación, se encuentra a unos 10 minutos en taxi del centro y como a 20 del aeropuerto.

Do NOT trust the staff.
The villa itself was lovely, spacious and very luxurious. It was clean most of the time. Please do not trust the staff members, my gold diamond ring went missing in the bathroom after 10 minutes of me putting it there, whilst the housekeeper was cleaning the bathroom. Whilst they were looking for my ring, and me being very distressed. The staff and manager were absolutely rubbish at customer service, they didnt apologize. It was pretty clear that the ring was taken as it disappeared after 10 minutes of me placing in the bathroom. They were very defensive towards their staff, although we never actually accused them. They made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable and like it was our fault! After threatening them with the police, coincidentally 10 mins later my ring was found... in the bin. If this was true, then how could their staff lack so much attentiveness that they found my ring that I have spent thousands of pounds on in the bin! This was their staff members fault, and they took absolutely no responsibility. We were not offered any compensation, apart from access to the Spa, which is already offered. This ruined our whole day, just because a member of their staff has no eye for detail to make such a mistake. Reception staff were very good, Guest Relations manager at the time was rubbish and was not helpful. He was very defensive about his own staff, and made us, who are the paying customers feel like we were the suspects. Have NO trust in the staff members!

Quick getaway
We visited Al Madden hotel in February 2019 and this is the 2nd time visiting Marrakech ,this is the 1st time we stayed here and the Villa we booked into was amazing and after looking round at the bigger villas they had I would defo say the 2bed with private pool is 1 of the best and big enuf as they have big corner sofas which can be used to sleep on. So is big enough for at least 4adults & 2 children or however you want to mix it up . There was a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs with a balcony area , downstairs was another seperate toilet,dining room area, living room and seperate kitchen , aswell as another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Double sliding doors all around so you can gain access from any of the downstairs rooms to the garden/swimming pool . Cleaners came everyday and even brought us an ironing board and iron and offered to iron our clothes( very kind) . All staff were very attentive, a travel buggy was to hand if you rang reception and they would pick you up and take you to reception or to the the golf course that was on site. The golf course is amazing and beautiful with 2 restaurants and a bar, food is great there aswell . Breakfast was good in the morning -which was included in our price for the stay so we had buffet style on the last day as it started getting busier but prior to that we ordered anything we wanted off the menu and they brought us extras out . Staff were all lovely, grounds were lovely and would definitely visit again .

Relaxing hotel
First of all I would like to say that the photos uploaded at the sites are definitely realistic. Everything was exactly as we were waiting for. Our villa was huge indeed, very elegantly furnished, clean and comfortable. Nice private pool, good environment , beautiful garden. The place is relaxing and quiet and our privacy guaranteed. The lounge was good and the breakfast OK. Not very rich and luxurious , but of good quality. The stuff was perfect, everyone was kind and helpful. We would be more satisfied if we had the opportunity to rent a bicycle from the reception and visit all the place and the golf court cycling. With such a large and flat area around , it would be good experience a cycling tour there. The gym was small and not well equipped, but with such a beautiful garden and pool in your villa, seldom do you feel the need to visit the gym!!!

Stay well away!
My Family and I (2 adults and 4 children) have just come back from a weeks holiday in Marrakesh, this is not the first time visiting this AMAZING city. The Villa itself is very spacious and to the eye very luxurious, until you start to look at things close up. Tiles cracked all over the place, leaving very sharp edges especially around the bath area, showers would not drain away, windows wouldn't shut properly, doors wouldn't lock All Villa's are sold having a lockable safe, well ours didn't, we had to ask 2/3 for one, guess what, we never got one, The villa not child friendly doors would not lock leaving the swimming pool exposed. The tiles surrounding the pool were extremely slippery, no water drainage at all House keeping would only leave 4 towels, daily it was a battle to get more, you would think that having a pool in your villa you would leave additional towels. To top everything off, on the day we checked out, the manager at the front desk accused me and my family of stealing 2 towels. He locked down the front gate and wouldn't let our airport transfer leave, he demanded that he searched our luggage and pay 300 MAD ( approx £25) the police were called, kids were screaming and crying, we were soooo late for our flight at this point that I just gave him 200MAD at which point he gave in. I am still in shock with what happened, and for the record we didn't take the towels. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this place doesn't come close to a 3 star hotel
