  Indudablemente increible

  Es sorprendente ver un hotel rodeado de cesped. Simplemente impresionante. Las habitaciones gigantes, cama super comoda, con un balcon para disfrutar de los campos de polo. El baño es perfecto con ducha y bañera. Tiene 5 restaurantes dos de ellos españoles. Las personas que trabajan alli genial. Ademas el spa merece la pena vistarlo.

  A wonderful stay

  We had a wonderful stay at Al Habtoor Polo Resort and felt like absolute royalty. Mr Aboud Manashi was so helpful and provided excellent hospitality service. We got upgrade on arrival to Executive Suite. The room itself was very spacious and had an amazing view of greenish ground and far site of Dubai tall buildings. Luxurious living room with huge balcony and our child was playing all the time, tasteful decoration, relatively spacious, with luxurious bathrooms. The staff were professional and really went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The restaurant was absolutely wonderful with limited varieties of delicious food in breakfast and the service again was very friendly and prompt. One of the main attraction is swimming pool and it maintained very neat and clean. The hotel is indeed stunning, the lobbies, spa and other common areas in particular. We had few issues, like in washroom like water was over flowing and cupboard lock was broken. However, maintenance team did their best to solve it with few visits. I would recommend this hotel those who like to relax and prefer to stay away from the city.

  Worst experiences I hope u find better way of quick response

  This is my 8th time to visit polo habtoor 1. Time the team was great how ever the room was not clean 2. After that their team became so lazy it takes u hours till they respond ( I asked for room cleaning 2 hours and 30 min they didnt come ) Again next time I asked for room cleaning after the third time calling them and they said we will send u no one came until 3 am !!!!!! 3. They brought the food ( not covered ) ,,,,, if the Dubai municipality new about the incident they would have given a fine ,,,the guy was walking around with our food open not covered or closed 4. The valet took my luggage and I dont know where did he go ,, 30 min looking for him to take my luggage

  Very Disappointed! The staff dont have a clue what they are doing!!

  I am very disappointed with the level of service received today at the polo club in particular the staff and quality of the food received at the outdoor restaurant. Myself and my sister along with her two children decided to have a lovely lunch at the polo club, however our experience was NOT so lovely! We were greeted by not so friendly staff who escorted us to the outdoor seating area. We were waiting for at least 25-30 mins trying to get the attention of the waiters to take our food order! Once we received our food, (which was taking an awful long time to come out) the standards were appalling! First time ever I have had to complain about food in dubai! Considering we waited for a long time for our order to come out, the food arrived cold!! The fries for the kids was stone cold, and so dry like it had been reheated from another order! The kids spaghetti was cold!! The two chicken salads we ordered were served in these ridiculous bowels instead of a large plate (like the rest of the world) and the chicken in the salads was burnt and so tough to eat as it had been over cooked!!! We had called for the waiter to ask why our food was cold? This is where the comedy behaviour of the staff started!! Staff member 1. Take the cold fries back to bring warm fresh fries (the kids were crying because they were hungry) Staff member 2. We told him that we cant eat this chicken salad as the chicken is Burnt and tough to eat, (he takes it away, only for another staff member to bring it back in a takeaway sake box) Staff member 3. (Supposedly manager) We told him about the food being cold and the chicken being burnt and to take it back we dont want it he then says they had a service of 700 guest last night and no one complained about the food. Trying to be patronising to us! He then says okay I will sort something out for you guys? Not sure what that meant! At this point we are sharing a salad between two adults the kids are still starving, we asked for more spaghetti fir the kids only for 20 minutes after the spaghetti arriving with a dead fly in there and some leftover beans from assuming another order!! Staff member 3. At this point we wanted to just feed the kids and leave, we asked for the Bill. Again waited for ages. The Bill finally arrived with nothing taken off from the manager ?? We asked for a revised bill with the food that we didnt eat due to the poor quality. Waiting again for 15/20mins for someone to bring the Bill, we got so frustrated waiting with two small kids that we went over to the counter ourself to pay the bill. And nobody still could give us a revised bill!! At the counter was also another unhappy customer complaining about the poor communication between the staff!! Shocking !!! We were just so desperate to get out of there and leave. Finally we did. The toilets were so filthy I mean Come on this is meant to be a prestigious polo club??? What is going on???

  Horse and Hound -Danushka Sajeewa

  I met Danushka while I visited  Horse and Hound recently. He is a very down to earth person and always with a smile on his face. Whenever my friends placed an order he was very prompt, efficient and very helpful. Very good customer  service from him and greatly appreciate his services.Keep up the good work! Well done.
