  Celebrated birthday

  It was such a beautiful experience to cwlebrate my hubi birthday with family and friends .. and the room was cozy the staff was kind .. spacial thanks to Rulla event manager she did a great job with the arrangements was just wow

  If you don't mind a damp room it should be okay

  Room was damp. One wall would routinely have rivulets coming down it. The staff had all sorts of reasons about it being hot outside, etc, but I've never encountered that in years of visitng the Middle East. Also, be prepared for reception to ring you after 10 pm because someone else didn't tell you that you owed 6 Dhs (£1.25 or $1.63) for laundry. In other hotels, you'd get a bill at the end with that sort of thing. Do take your booking details with you because your booking mght not be on the computer. If they're not careful, they'll make the claim that this is a world class hotel look a bit ambitious.

  At least the beds were clean

  Pro: bed was impeccably clean and pillows were good. Bathroom was clean and large. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very simple but tasty hot foods at breakfast buffet. Cons: damp (same everywhere along the coast in cheaper hotels); the window in room 413 was tiny and in the corner of the room; no real juice at breakfast; and last--ants!!! I drank a Pepsi, put it on the night stand and an hour later I had ants in the Pepsi.

  Very poorly managed hotel, not clean at all

  The hotel cannot be called 4 Star , very poorly managed old hotel, you cannot even find a sq. m of carpet that is clean , and the bed.. i think they are older than me. The break fast was having very less items and no live counters as used to be in other 4 star hotels, only good thing was at least the bathroom slippers were new and clean.

  They have a good staff

  Good location and good staff especially night shift reception was a perfect. The service was good and breakfast not bad, the roof was perfect and a beautiful view from the roof. they need to have more Sport machines and other things for Gym... For the weekends they have travel agency and you can choose places to visit with the good price.
