  Room service and house keeping : Poor. You have to call them again n again to clean your room and take out the thrash. Wifi: keeps on disconneting, you can't talk in one flow. So much load on gateway getting in to the system takes time. Location:Good only 5m walk from 8 number gate of masjid. Gate 8 is in middle of women gate 25 for riaz ul jinnah and men gate 2 for riaz ul jinnah. Rooms are very small not more than 2 ppl can accommodate. Washrooms are also very small. If one wants to take shower, all water comes out from shower and wet the whole washroom in short drainage of water is poor. I short i rate it 2.5/5.

  Horrible does not deserve even two stars rating, Avoid it.

  Horrible The hotel does not deserve even two stars rating, how come such motels listed with exaggerated rating. The advertised pictures are not related by any way to the actual tragedy. reception staff are nasty, room are too small, broken furniture and bathroom equipment, dirty stained blankets, bad awful smell all over the hotels whole day, breakfast was like a ruck. The only good thing is the behavior of restaurant and housekeeping staff, they try to serve you by the possibilities they have. Does not even worth half of the money paid

  Convenient location and friendly staff

  convenient location to Haram, Reception team were so friendly, allowed early check in and upgraded the room to Haram view. Room was spacious and clean except for bathroom corners. Breakfast was limited and was not served in an attractive way, but restaurant staff were so polite and friendly especially Mr.Ibrahim. A supervisor called Samer was unfriendly and abrupt. hotel manager Mr. Abdel Aziz was so kind and very polite he arranged to bring to Makkah an item I forgot in the hotel, I covered the costs which were not cheep. room keepers were not wearing disposable gloves when dealing with the rubbish.

  Madina Munawara Ziarat Hotel

  Picture attached is of View of Haram from 8th floor room. Hotel is no doubt very good and arrangements and facility including toiletries are provided on daily basis. Mostly visitors staying here are Indonesia Egyptian etc. Near Masjid Ghamama Gate no. 7. Near is Pakistani restaurants. Islamabad hotel. Hop on hop off city tour bus stop is nearby hotel from where individuals can take bus to Mosque Quba and Shuhada Uhud. Cons: - Far end of Roza. - Far end of Jannat ul Baqi. Gate no. 37 is nearest to Jannat Ul Baqi and Roza. So my recommendation is first try hotels on Jannat ul Baqee side. If u cant book there then try this side.

  Very disappointing hotel.

  3 star hotel listed as 4 star. Rooms had dust everywhere which I had to clean with antibacterial wipes. No room service for the 4 nights we was there. Had to ring for clean towels and bedding. No water provided in the rooms, you have to go to the landing to fill bottles. Water containers were empty for 2 days even after speaking to 3 different members of staff. Staff are stuck up and unfriendly. Breakfast was so terrible my children refused to eat. So basic and cold. Poor quality of food provided. No Wi-Fi in rooms even though it says it's available on the website. Overall not a good experience. Would not recommend. Only one good thing about this hotel is the location. The masjid is opposite just across the road. Hotel really needs updating, staff need training in customer service and cleaning and the breakfast needs to be more appealing and varied. Its definitely not 4 star. More 2 star. Very very disappointing.
