  Nice Stay

  Stayed here for 1 night in August 2017 during a walking holiday. Hotel is very nice, with good sized rooms which are well equipped and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk into town for restaurants and bars. Would stay again. Thank you.

  More bed and breakfast than hotel

  Comfortable and Clean but more bed and breakfast for me. As a none German speaker It is Quite difficult When hotell personnel Don't speak english but it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast area was very cramped and the breakfast verk basic, They were accommodating When things were empty but they didn't fill up with so much so things kept on getting empty. Our room was in an attic with a roof window, beds were hard although clean. Large bathroom and clean but from the 70:s, avocado green... as I said all was clean and tidy except the one couch, and place to sit except the bed, in the room was very dirty. The room was cramped though and not a lot of room for two adults to move around.

  Great place!

  We stayed two nights here as we were in the area to visit the castles at Schwangau (Hohenschwangau and Neuwschwanstein). The hotel is in a quiet area on the edge of town, but that said, it was only a 10 minute walk to the old town. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room...2 rooms actually...(3 adults and one child) was spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was tasty and offered good variety. Nesselwang is a great town, about a 45 minute drive to the castles, but we appreciated the drive through beautiful countryside, and it was nice to escape the crowds to come back to Nesselwang and our hotel. Overall, we felt this hotel offered very good value and we would stay here again without hesitation.

  Nice

  We stayed here for one night on our way home from a tour of Italy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and there we had to venture into town for our evening meal. Very few places were open but we did eventually find a nice little place and the food was excellent. Breakfast was very strange. The waitress was not very friendly and we found it difficult as we were unable to speak German (our fault entirely). The food was ok. Overall the stay was ok.

  Poor Lost&Found Hotelservice

  The Family and I spent one night in the Hotel which was comfortable and nice breakfast. No critics at all until we left on our continuous vacation journey. Unfortunately my sun forgot his mobil and i contacted the Hotelstaff once we were already at back home. I wrote an email to them and luckily its was found by the Hotel staff. To begin with I have been told that the mobile phone will be sent to my home address which I was very pleased about and thought: What a great Hotel service! BUT, 2 weeks later and still no package arrived at home I contacted the Hotel again and I got the message that unfortunately my mail was lost in the system and no phone was sent at all. I thought ok that can happen but suddenly the Hotel announced that the postage is not free after all since then dont live in Germany and hence the Hotel proposed an postage fee of 13.99 incl. 500 insurance shipment. I requested an delivery for 9 (DHL XS Päckchen) as 50 insurance is good enough as the mobile phone is not that valuable. I havent heard from the Hotelstaff as suddenly the package arrived at my home address but instead of 9 I had suddenly to pay 17.99 and not 9 (or 13.99) as the Hotel has proposed originally. All in all, bottom line: Comfortable Hotel, nice breakfast, poor Lost&Found Hotelservice, bad communication.
