  Detail satisfied review during Corona

  We decided to finally go to Cyprus as travel was allowed from Germany. I was really surprised how hotel took care of our safety and hygiene. - As we arrived our temperature were checked - Receptionist and all hotel staff had mask on all the time, eventhough they were sweating on this hot summer month. - Receptionist cleans even the counters after every guest is checked in throughly. - Hand sanitizers are available every possible places where hands are needed to be used. - Buffet is not allowed to touch unless hands are sanitized - The reception area couches and waiting room chairs are sanitized and cleaned very frequently. - Sunbeds are kept at 2meter distance and are sanitized frequently. - Pool water quality is checked many times and not more than 50 people are allowed. - last but most important , Aktea has home type rooms which are accessible from land directly or dedicated stairs separately from ground to your room,which u feel more airy unlike hotels where lifts and corridors which lead to rooms might be more contagious. Lets see the hotel amenities itself - Buffet had fresh fruits always and various Cuisine based food( however if you are vegan and vegatarian no much options. No cappuccino available only milk coffee and espresso) - Its based in the middle of the 2 popular beaches, Nissi beach and Vatika Gonia Beach both are accessible by private pedestrian paths at about 4min walk. - A small mountain infornt of hotel gives breathtaking serene views of ocean - Pool has a direct ocean view and sound of waves, however the direct beach has hard rock beds hence non swimmable but wonderful place to sit peacefully or take evening stroll - Bar has the best cocktails - A small shop inside the campus has everything you need and has the same prices as outside ( no tourist pices) Overall since we were concerned more of safety and went only for beach and relaxation we didn't do any Cyprus touristly things hence we never had a need to go out of campus.

  Great stay at Aktea Beach Hotel

  Have just done a 2 night bed & breakfast stay, 2 adults, 1 child & a toddler. On arrival our temperature were checked, there is hand sanitizer everywhere throughout the hotel for your use. Our room had a green tick sticker on the door handle to show it had been cleaned. Our room and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We saw a team of staff every morning cleaning around the pool area, disinfecting the sunloungers etc. Social distancing was encouraged, all staff wore masks. Having a room with a separate bedroom and a living room/kitchenette area is ideal for us having a toddler & a snoring husband! Also having a bath is much better for us,we find it easier to bath the kids rather than showering them. Beds were very comfy!! Breakfast was a buffet, so many choices and suitable for someone who is gluten free like myself and son. We took full advantage of Happy Hour on both nights! Their cocktails are great! Music entertainment on the Friday night was great, Saturday night was not so much to our music taste but still great that they had entertainment and also there was some childrens entertainment during the day, the guy doing that was full of energy and great with the kids. We found all of the staff in the hotel were helpful & friendly. We all loved the swimming pools and they're also super clean! For the bargain price of 120 euro per night, which was what we paid, we could not fault our stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you Aktea Beach!

  EXCELLENT- HIGH RECOMMENDED

  I'm so happy for having this type of hotels in Cyprus! Seriously now I'm extremely satisfied! When we arrives they checked our temperatures, the room was EXTREMELY clean! The big pool and the kids poll also! Staning view! AMAZING ocean view! They sanitized every day all the sunbeds all the chairs and tables. Normal prices, excellent food, the bar prices was very cheap, Excellent location also, near everything. They have a mini store inside the hotel with good prices. When my brother come to visit me they took his temperature and they let him use the pool without paying any ticket, just to take something to drink from the pool bar, and that really surprised me! The hotel staff was very poloid, nice and friendly. of course they follow all the regulations and guidelines for the Covid-19 and that was a big plus for me! The rooms are like home-type! they also have inside pool and jacuzzi, place for kids to play! I'm very thankful and i High recommended it! My 5 years old son had a very good time! we thank you!

  Nice hotel

  We went for one night stay and everything was good the pool was great and the breakfast very tasty and nice.the room was a bit old fashion but it was ok the stuff were very friendly.the beach is very close too

  Aktea a great place to stay in Ayia Napa

  Aktea is an extremely good hotel full of things to do. There is lots of entertainment that goes on which is good for children and adults. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly. There is a kids club in the resort as well as a bar and a huge swimming pool. The rooms are very nice as well. Inside the resort there is a minimarket and you are given a voucher to receive a free towel. It is about a 5 minute walk to Nissi beach which has crystal clear waters. The food at breakfast and dinner tastes great as well. I highly recommend Aktea it is a very nice hotel and a great place for people on holiday to stay for their visits.
