  Un lugra ideal para relejarse a 1 h de Atenas!

  Estuve 5 dias en El hotel Aktaion de relax y es un hotel sencillo pero con todas las comodidades y una situacion ideal tanto para relajarse en la playa a pie del hotel como para moverse en el resto de la isla. La atención del personal es particularmente excepcional, muy atentos y profesionales. Un ambiente familiar y una gentileza que ya no se encuentra en muchos lugares. El desayuno "oficialmente" continental y muy copioso como todos los platos, lo acaban personalizando para cada cliente. A la carte literalmente! El pescado es fresco y excellente, el cocinero tambien sabe deleitar a sus clientes. Un lugar ideal creo para una escapada aunque sea solo de 2 días después o antes de visitar Atenas.

  Lovely hotel

  Aktaion Beach Hotel is lovely and has a great relaxed vibe. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are great and the staff extraordinary. The location is fantastic with an amazing view. We will definitly stay at Aktaion Beach Hotel if we return to Agistri in the future.

  Small and Friendly

  We had a great stay, which was made into a 5* review by Zina and Andy. Their hospitality is first class and you are made to feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooms are 100% clean and the housekeeping team have the rooms cleaned to an amazing standard often before you are back from breakfast Sunbeds on the beach are free for guests and theres beach service for drinks and food Breakfast is plentiful with hot and cold options. Lunch and dinner is the same menu and very reasonably priced. We stayed in 816 which is classed as a suite. Its not a suite as such and the room is on the small side but all that is surpassed by the amazing view. Its the view you are paying extra for. The room is modern and bright. The size of the room is online so you know what youre getting in advance. The photos online are true to form. Were we to return to Agistri we would stay again for sure. Our teenagers advised Aktaion had the best chips on the island Thank you Zina, Cheers Andy

  A chic gem!

  Staff 10/10 Room 10/10 Bed 10/10 Pillows 12/10 View 10/10 Location 10/10 I do not have any negatives for this hotel. We had the delux suite with sea view. Smaller than we thought but actually... wonderful. Stylish and well equipped. Espresso machine, kettle, lots of storage. Great shower, wrap around balcony (ask for room 216). Food in the restaurant was great! Would not hesitate to return here.

  Fantastic - staff - location - room - food

  Firstly the staff are hard working, friendly and helpful. They made our stay absolutely wonderful thank you Andy, Zena and Coco. We travelled at half term in October. We are a family including two teenage girls. The hotel is a short 5 minute bus ride from the hydrofoil port and a two minute walk from the small foot ferry. The hotel offered to pick us up from the hydrofoil - we took them up on their offer when we left. The hotel is situated beach front in the middle of a Skala - small village with numerous tavernas and shops (a lot of which were closed because of covid and being the end of the season). You would not need to hire a car. Having said this there were plenty of bicycle and moped hire shops. A keen cyclist could easily cycle around the whole island in a couple of hours. The sandy beach at the front of the hotel was clean and sheltered and perfect for children. The Hotel provides sun beds and parasols on the beach to guests. We took a superior family room that had two spacious rooms and a large balcony. The rooms and bathroom have been recently renovated to a very high standard. We found the bedroom very comfortable. For our stay of four nights there was plenty of storage space, but if we stayed longer wed probably want a little more wardrobe space. The room also had a: safe; good air con; fridge; plenty of towels; tv with bbc world news. The hotel restaurant operated from 8am through to midnight. Again this area had been updated and was modern and comfortable. We left early and they opened up the restaurant early for our breakfast. The food is very good quality Greek/Mediterranean style. You wont go hungry the portions are generous. Breakfast kept us going for most of the day. And they were very accommodating to our daughters specific/quirky requests. On one evening a local fisherman arrived delivering the catch of the day - amazing fish cooked to perfection. On the same night my wife had steak that was excellent quality cooked perfectly. The bar was decent with everything we wanted a good selection of local and bottled wines, beers, spirits etc. There is a pool that was spotlessly clean (like the rest of the hotel) with sun beds and parasols that we did not use. In short excellent hospitality with a touch of greek holiday idyl and modern accommodation. We will return. Thank you to everyone at the Aktaion Beach.
