  Hotel is good ,kind of family hotel ,meal is delicious, peoples very helpful ,beach is near the hotel maybe 3 minutes and Huseyin is very helper ,kind and try to do something for us could comfortably here ,and just bad side for hotel Wi-fi is not working good .

  Holiday is very good.food is very delicious and very fresh. The sea is 3 mins to walk.service is good. I recommed to come to visit here.thank you for everything.Staff very frindly and polite.room is big and clean

  Hotel Akbulut hotel.

  Our main concern was about the location and hotel. We were on an all-inclusive holiday and was really looking forward to it we saved up all year to go. we read the trip advisor reviews which was at 4/12 star and we simply couldnt wait to get there. We were told it was in Kusadasi, Izmir in a 4-star hotel. When we arrived, we soon found out it was a 40 min journey away from Kusadasi. I have been twice before to Kusadasi so wanted friends to also come and witness how good a place it was. Our rooms were basic plain rooms and not what was shown on the photos. Facilities that didnt exist. the Advertised childrens Club, Games Room.Kids Club.Water Sports.Satellite Tv only showed 1 English Channel CNN news.And an entertainment program. We arrived very early hours of the morning and the hotel put on a Turkish meal it was a lovely touch. But wasnt to anyones taste and we felt awful nobody ate it. Our first night in the hotel seemed very good and the entertainment was a mini disco. And a quiz. Which we all enjoyed.The second day was a mini disco, and would you believe it the same quiz again with most of the answers from the day before wasnt brilliant, but it was entertainment. The third day was a mini disco and some music playing on a playlist. This then happened every night a mini disco for the children then nothing else. Everyone was upset and on one occasion a barman named Mohamed came down and put some dance music on and got everyone up to dance. Which we all enjoyed. But the rest of the days we had nothing. For the rest of the week. The second week was just simply worse we had not even an entertainer. Until the last few days of our holiday a man and a woman who took over. We missed the first night as we just simply had an early night as all entertainment didnt start until 9:30 when we did have some. They mentioned they had a problem with the system and could only do a mini disco at the beach. But this also stopped, and they were getting new equipment. This did arrive on the Monday, but they only played music as it was the entertainers day off. Tuesday we were promised karaoke, but they had karaoke with English words which the entertainers apologised that they couldnt do it as it would upset the Russian Guests and the Polish ones which of course we understood. We thought we would take part in the water sports and kids clubs etc but they didnt have any. Overhaul our experience to this hotel was very disappointing the food was just acceptable apart from the breakfast and the only thing any of us ate was a few fried eggs and bread. We asked if they could do an omelette and in the second week they kindly did. We mentioned that a toaster would be brilliant so English guests would have toast and even cheese on toast. But they hadnt got one. We were the only English guest we had no representative if there was, we would have definitely would have asked to move hotels.Food very little choice as only can do about 6 things example. potato wedges chicken rice vegetables meatballs and probably some fish or pasta bolognaise The last day we paid extra for a late checkout, but they cut our wristbands off at 12 midday and said we wasnt allowed to drink alcoholic drinks and our last meal would be the snacks which was biscuits at 6pm. We did complain we went to the supermarket and bought crisps and snacks as we werent going to have anything to eat for about 14hrs until we arrived home. I think the manager felt guilty as we sat near the pool bar without drinks etc and was told to get something from the restaurant, this is the first time I have experienced anything like this, and I have been on a few all-inclusive. Bar also closed at 11pm and not 12pm as we was lead to believe.

  Really excellent for families

  It was a really nice and clean hotel. The pool and beach are very good. Services and staff are very respected people. It is a beautiful environment for children. The dishes were also robust and delicious. I like it very much, I would like to come again.

  Excellent small family 4-star hotel

  We were with family in this hotel in August 2020 during covid limits, and everything was awesome. There are a lot of places on the beach, some activities like volleyball, dancing etc. Food is ok for 4-star hotel in that region. Bus to Kusadisi can stop just near the hotel, big park with beaches is in 10mins by legs. So, I can reccommend that hotel for a 1-week holiday.
