  Well priced rooms

  It's a given that the room is small. However in a convenient location. I booked thorough booking.com so I got the discount rate. To avoid the noise ask for a room overlooking the back gardens. If you are claustrophobic get a double room. For those with a good palette, enhance your sensors and have dinner one night. The level of customer service is very high. The food is served with a range of tastes and textures. I asked the waitress to recommend a light chocolate dessert and I was presented with an array of tastes each made to enhance the next bite. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and the ambience of the hotel. I will definitely stay again

  good for a night sleep if Düsseldorf is too expensive

  I used this hotel because I was in Düsseldorf during an exhibition and prices are extremely high during those periods (everybody knows that). I've contacted them during the day that I was going to check in rather late and that was no problem, they were very helpful. The rooms are basic (big advantage: there is no carpet in the rooms) but without any charm. Bathroom is narrow with a shower. Breakfast is not served in the cosy restaurant but a separate room that is not attractive (they probably use this for meetings). Standard breakfast without being high quality.

  Priceworthy!

  We stayed here to be close to Düsseldorf airport for an early take off the next morning. It really was a positive surprise: Fantastic dinner, brilliant service, nice and clean room. We really recommend this little hotel. Ingrid&Johan Sweden

  Good location when passing through, nice staff

  The staff was so kind to wait when we were late for checking in due to heavy traffic. The room was small but comfortable. It was on the top floor under the roof and the mirror in the bathroom was on a wall that leaning inwards, very uncomfortable to look down on yourself in all "bathroom-situations", the sink was extremely small and water was splattered all over. Shower had a broken handle so very difficult to shower. But overall it was comfortable and rather quiet. Extra cost for breakfast, so we ate elsewhere. If just passing through and need a place to sleep, this is perfect. Close to motorway.

  Nice Location, friendly staff but the dangerous wet surface bathroom floor can cause you injuries!

  The hotel has a perfect location is just opposite the tram/subway station U79, makes it ideal and easy to reach from the Train Central Station and to go to explore the city. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It provides guests with a bottle sparkling water in the room to quench the thirst. I had a quiet room with windows which can be opened to let the fresh air coming in. The Wifi works well, and the small queensize bed just fine. The bathroom has an adequate size, with a half-length mirror which is fine with me. Unfortunately, I still cannot figure out neither understand why and how they have chosen that flat and slippery shower floor? It was installed higher than the bathroom floor without a sliding door but a shower curtain. It's so ridiculous! So, when I took a shower, instead of running down to the drain, the water will running straight down to the bathroom floor, causing the overflows. I am so lucky that I watched the floor when I stepped out , otherwise I would slip and fall! Its so dangerous and can cost the hotel very dearly. It took me times to dry up the floor by using all towels. I hope the Hotel will replace it urgently before any accidents occur.
