  Stayed for five months

  The AKA Rittenhouse Square is an excellent place to stay in central Philadelphia. You can't beat the location in the middle of Philadelphia's dining and shopping district, directly across from the Rittenhouse Square park. The staff is extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I loved the gym which has a view to the square. The laundry room has top quality washers and dryers. The restaurant a.kitchen is excellent as are the drinks from the a.bar. My suite had a view to the square and was very well equipped and functional. The cleaning service was great even though it was reduced due to Covid. I was sorry to leave when my own apartment was ready for occupancy in late December. I would highly recommend the AKA for a long term stay or when visiting Philadelphia.

  Family weekend getaway

  We visited the Aka Rittenhouse Square on 1/22/2021 - with my husband and 3 children. The entire experience was wonderful!! From the booking of actual reservation to the actual stay- everything was excellent!! We stayed in the penthouse8 and it was spectacular. My family and I have traveled to many 5star hotels and aka is up there !! The accommodations are beyond luxurious and comfortable!! The entire staff is so friendly and kind. They are ready to help with anything you may need at all times!! The room had a beautiful kitchen, large dining room, sitting area with couch and large tv and gorgeous 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We reserved the theater for one night and enjoyed family movie night !! A big thanks to the entire aka team !! Paul Justine Ryan Girta and anyone else that I may not have mentioned!! We can not wait to come back !!! Thank you again !!

  Great place to stay

  The staff are really friendly and helpful, The rooms are very clean and comfortable and well equipped for an extended stay. I stayed in this hotel for three months and had a great time the entire time and not a single issue that was not quickly resolved in a professional manner. I would recommend this hotel to any professional looking to stay at an extended stay in Philadelphia. Its just a quality place!

  Valentine's Day Dinner and a Movie

  We enjoyed a wonderful Valentine's Day 'dinner and a movie' at the aka Rittenhouse Square in conjunction with akitchen. After a warm check in at the front desk, we relaxed in our huge, 4 room penthouse apartment. Dinner was served professionally, course by course, in our private penthouse. After avoiding restaurants for so long, it was magical to have a superbly delicious meal, served professionally in the privacy of our own space and without having to brave frigid temperatures outside. Every course was wonderful (shout out to the ricotta dumplings, endive salad and the bronzino). They even left us a popcorn box with sweets and popcorn, of course! Dinner and a Movie at akitchen/aka Rittenhouse was a wonderful success!

  Excellence and Professionalism in a Fabulous Location

  I spent 3 months (October 2020 - January 2021) at the AKA Rittenhouse and can say it was among the best long term pet friendly accommodations I have ever enjoyed and could not have picked a better place in terms of location, cleanliness of rooms/facilities, expert and most accommodating and professional service from the desk, housekeeping and all other hotel and restaurant staff. The team made everything easy and flawless providing for my needs during a challenging time in the most courteous and respectful way. The views of the Square; the amenities available within walking distance and by delivery; the nearby closed parking and the overall ambience of this lovely part of the city made my 3 months fly by and I can assure you, I am already planning my next stay there. In Philadelphia this is a treasure!
