  Please don't stay in this hotel

  This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. There was a leaking geyser on top of the toilet and the manager would not understand that this is a problem. He shifts me to another room and there is no hot water in Delhi cold. He provides me with a heating rod and that also doesn't work. By evening I had to leave this hotel and find another place to stay.

  dirty hotel, rude staff, false promises

  i dont understand, despite so many people writing negative about this hotel, why your site has still offering this hotel to the unsuspecting travellers? you should immediately drop this hotel from your list, otherwise many more people will get cheated and their holidays screwed up. there is problem here with everything. they say free airport pickup and charge double the rate what pre paid taxi charges to get there. everything is dirrty. ac dont work. no towel, soap provided in hotel. staff is rude and intimidating. it is the worst place to spend even five minutes.

  might aswel sleep in the streets of Delhi

  I was travelling back from Goa to UK and had 1 night stay in Delhi, I booked the hotel whilst in Goa via hotelplanner and the lady who done the booking had done the wrong hotel, I had told her the name of the hotel I wanted which had very good reviews but the lady booked this crap 1 next door even though she confirmed the hotel name and address as the 1 I wanted. I didn't realise till it was too late and had arrived in Delhi. Once I got to this crap hotel there was no one at the reception so I had to find someone, once I got to the room it was the worst thing I have ever seen. As everyone has mentioned there's no hot water, the hot water tank was leaking all over the toilet, the walls were mouldy. We barely slept the night and first thing in the morning we headed off to the airport to get freshened up and have breakfast we actually got to the airport 6 hours prior our flight. We would have never stayed here it's because the hotelplanner lady booked us into the wrong place. My piece of advise would be pay extra and stay somewhere decent, finding a cheap place in Delhi is the biggest mistake you could make.

  avoid! bachelors...maybe!

  it's a typical lodge n not a hotel , with bathrooms which we don't feel like using, beds which are not clean , and room which don't have a key ! yeah, that was the case for me! but I don't know whether u will get anything better in delhi , that too near to airport , and for 1000rs a room, 500 bucks a head for a day ! would suggest only if u r a bachelor n desperate for a cheap room near airport to catch a wink before u catch your early morning flight !

  locality good but rest worthless

  We booked this in advance and reached hotel from Corbett at night.The receptionalist demanded the cash payment without production of receipt.They said they will give receipt next day.They dnt even check the id proofs.Later in the morning they disconnected the AC and water supply.After complaining they started the water supply.The staff's attitude is unbearable.The location of the hotel is near to the Airport which makes it convinient to stay.Rest all is shabby.
