  Genial de precio y de servicios

  Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias. Tienen recepción 24h, con personal súper agradable. La cocina cierra muy temprano por la noche, pero se puede comer y cenar por buen precio. Servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto. Lavandería por 3$ (3$ lavadora y 3$ secadora). Muy recomendable.

  dont stay here

  First off the staff really couldnt care less at all. The rooms were tired, and extemely unloved, not cleaned properly, and as for the garden what a mess. There was a car battery outside of my room for two days. The staff told me because of covid they couldnt maintain the property, well actually get off your backsides and go and weed the garden, its not hard, and even office staff, and managers could do that. With people obviously living there, and a pretty full place there was no excuse for this. There was music playing in the rooms next door all night, people got up and left all hours, presume shiftwork. The pathway to the main area from the rooms as dark and not lit up, lots of puddles where the weeds hadn't been cleared, and far to dark to be wondering at night. As for the food! you really need to be ashamed of what you sent out, first undercooked fish, and cold chips, sent back, and to be honest why bother, you should have just given my money back. One guy had chips and thats all, and we were the only other patrons, for goodness sake, dont you like what you do! The only thing you were interested in was the gaming machines takings. The breakfast meal from that morning was still spilt all over the table cloths at 6.30pm, clean the place and give a dam. I think your using covid as an excuse for poor care, poor cleaning and poor attitude. We are all working hard to recover, and we certainly dont sit on our butts ignoring the situation. Never ever would i recomend this

  DO NOT stay at this place.We were told we could have our dinner in Restaurant and went there it at 6.30pm and told it was closed.Told them the 2 heaters in our room were not going but didnt offer to get another one for us.The only good thing was the free shuttle to Airport at 4.30am.

  Disappointed- not good

  Staying one night close to the airport . Looking for something cheap and cheerful. Didnt succeed on any of those ! Made too quick a reservation for hotels with free shuttle , choosing this one. One night we will not get back ! Shuttle part was fine . When we arrived at the hotel, it looked uninviting and this feel continued as we walked through to the room . The restaurant and bar area were a no go area and once in the room my wife didnt want to leave the room alone. Its in desperate need of a make over. The room was cold , noisy and austere. Think some Cold War hotel room movie set or detention centre. Curtains hanging off . Light outside was very bright and on all night so room was bright even with the curtains shut. There were cars coming and going all night with the obligatory doof doof bass resonating through the room. So very little sleep was had . A good thing was that the hot water was very hot , staff were ok and we were only staying one night ! We wont be back

  Wors experience in checking out

  Don't waste your money here. They think everyone is thief if the key is not returned upon check out. Hotel management blocked our exit because we did not dropped the key at counter. Felt like a criminal.
