  THE place to stay in Chios

  We had a wonderful stay at Ai Yannis. The rooms are large and well furnished. we had a balcony with a great view of the bay. The hotel is spotless. Mr. Mihali, the owner/manager will do everything in his power to satisfy his guests. Irina was especially helpful, professional, and friendly. We had two excellent dinners at the rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view and at a reasonable price. Breakfasts were outstanding with many Greek delicacies. Overall, the staff does everything in its power to satisfy guests and succeeds. Highly recommended.

  I am so excited !!!!!

  Located near city(perfect location and great view) the hotel is super clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr. Michalis a former Captain is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay to visit the greatest sightseeing and best beaches through a helpful map and a copy with every detail. The staffs were very helpful and polite. The hotel is really luxurious and provides you every facilities for a pleasant stay. Hope I could make it and come back soon... miss it already !!!! Don't forget to have your dinner in the Restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  A hotel in the hills but not on the beach

  Nice hotel, good hospitality. But very far away from the sea. It is not a beach hotel and we did not understand why it was listed by TripAdvisor although we selected "BEACH " for search criteria... When we planned to visit Chios island to enjoy sun & sea, it was not what we dreamt about...

  Family environment with a professional approach to hospitality

  I spent Easter in the small village of Kardamila, visiting friends. My family and I stayed at the Ai Yanis suites and Apartments, on the fringes, overlooking the village. The facility is well maintained, run by a close knit family who take in guests with great care, eager to provide all the necessary amenities that will make their stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, the layout of the complex has been well thought out so that it provides both privacy and a sense of community, and it is within walking distance from the sea and the village while at the same time has the serenity and quiet atmosphere of a facility in the middle of the country side. While the breakfast is not rich, the products are fresh and tasty and the staff is always eager to attend to any additional needs that visitors may have. I would recommend it for its authenticity, as the family that runs the facility is from the village of Kardamilla and share in its sea faring history.

  Beautiful Hotel and Fantastic Staff!

  We spent a wonderful weekend at the AI Yannis Hotel. Spotless rooms, great food, utmost kindness and helpfulness on the part of the Staff and Mr. Michalis (Hotel Manager) toward us. The staff is always ready to satisfy any need! We would also like thank them for their hospitality and warm welcome and friendly feelings too they have shown to us. Carlo & Alexandra
