  A beautiful property at the end of North Goa

  We stayed at the presidential villa it was huge with beautiful serene garden a small pool and spacious 4 bedrooms. The kitchen area was well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, small fridge, basic crockery and vessels. Very near walkable distance from beach. The only issue was being very old property the mattress on the bed were a bit uncomfortable.

  We had very bad experience with the reservation staff of the property, it was nightmare from getting reservations to settling the final bill, ended up paying extra 10000/- at the time of checkout. Property is at good location, well maintained villas with excellent staff ( namely neelesh ji in operations and cook sushil ) which compensated for the bad experience..... would highly recommend aguda anchorage owners to change the reservations staff or train them according to the hospitality business.

  Best Place To Stay in Goa

  Best place to live both for short & long term! I would like the best location in terms of beach & community around! Sinquerim Beach is quite exclusive - and local vendors are very friendly and kind. Proximity to various restaurants is an add-on. Anchorage villas are exclusive, with a gated community feeling - and guests staying in Anchorage villas are also cultured & kind. Villas are well maintained, housekeeping team is good. For us, most importantly, the service team is topnotch - Rhys (Director) is a very kind man and understands what it takes to run a hotel - make it feel like a home! Nilesh- is to go man for everything, and he is the one who makes things happen - from helping to get the fresh fish to any request - always have a big smile to serve you beyond his call of duty! He made us feel at home from day one and left a lasting impression - and now he is a friend for life! Maktum ( engineering), Shahrukh ( housekeeping) are two other team members who made our stay. We have stayed for four months during covid times- and we would recommend these beautiful villas without any doubt, and we will come back to this hotel for the rest of our lives! Thank you, Agoda Anchorage team- you all are world-class, and my family appreciates all your kindness and service you have provided to us during our stay!

  One of the finest places to stay!

  Looking to have a private stay near the hub of tourism and yet with peace & quiet? Then look no further. The assortment of villas in this gated community is the perfect choice. We had booked a 4bhk villa with private pool (B18). The whole area has very good security. One of the few places in Goa with a really good sized pool. The villa had a mix of retro looks with modern bits inside. The usual stuff was there... The fully furnished kitchen, all amenities like toiletries, microwave, washing machine, iron and more. The bathrooms were very clean and had a modern hotel-like look. 24 hours hot water, pool being cleaned everyday, house keeping in the morning, wi-fi... They got nothing wrong. The rooms have queen sized beds with one room having a double bed. I'm guessing ever villa is different in some way. The best thing- privacy. Absolutely no disturbance from anyone. The staff was always courteous. And that pool!!!! This place is nothing less than 5 stars. You can get a personal cook on payment basis or swiggy your food. Covid caused temporary shutting down of the restaurent but that's hardly an issue. The place is great for adults. Special mention to Ms Deeksha for ensuring our stay was comfortable. Definitely one of the finest places we have stayed. Will be back again!

  Excellent Chef

  We were a group of 15 with 5kids visiting Goa for 2days. We were staying in a villa so had to arrange for our own food with 5kids dining out every time was difficult as all were below 5years. Thats when we contacted Sushil, he was excellent all we had to do is tell him the menu and he prepared it for us. His fish fry and Pan Cakes for breakfast was very good.
