  Es muy bonito y tiene unas vistas preciosas. El perro es muy mono. La familia es encantadora y está todo muy limpio. El hidromasaje pega mucho con el paisaje. La piscina es muy profunda. Yo recomendaría ir bastante tiempo y no solo dos o tres días. Lo que le falta es aire acondicionado pero nosotros no lo hemos necesitado mucho. Es muy recomendable.:-);-) Os gustará.:-)

  Una casa rural muy agradable con vistas increíbles a Montepulciano

  Es una casa rural que esta muy cerca de Montepulciano muy agradable. El lugar es muy bonito pero nosotros no tuvimos suerte con la habitación cuando se podían ver otras habitaciones mucho mejores. Teníamos un dormitorio con 1 cama grande y 2 camas pequeñas y solamente éramos 2. El trato fue muy bueno.

  Great Location!

  We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer! Upon arrival, things got off to a slightly rocky start because they had lost our booking or it was not immediately found. It seems to be a fairly common problem if you use hotels dot com to book, but if you use a different site they don't seem to have the same issue. Weird. Luckily, they still had a room available that they had to get ready so we had a bit of a wait before we could get settled, but no problem, we had a drink on their terrace with a nice view of Montepulciano. We stayed in a small apartment, one of three in an original farm house. The parking was nice, one space for each apartment. The apartment itself was quite spacious. There was no AC, so we brought the fan upstairs when we went to bed. There is a nice kitchenette area and they provide most things you could want, pots, dishes, silverware, even cereal and coffee for breakfast. The pool area was beautiful but we got there too late to enjoy it (but the hot tub is open all night). I wish we could have stayed longer, it's a beautiful property in a great location!

  Enjoyable Location with Walk To Views of Montepulciano

  We enjoyed our stay here, but also understand some of the other reviews. Its technically an agriturismo because of what they produce and sell, wine and olive oil, but the accommodations are separate, well appointed apartments. We were there in Oct after the pool had closed, but the hot tub was wonderful. It was still warm and we did need to open the screenless windows. Yes, there were a few bugs flying in but that didnt bother us and it isnt uncommon in Italy. We wished we had arrived during the day, it would have made it easier to find. Great view of Montepulciano if you look across the road. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and discussed returning in the future with more family members.

  Beware

  Ill make this short. Julia who lives on the property and family runs the business is nice and friendly. Location is lovely, 5 minutes from the main town. But everything else about the room was lacking. Hairdryer not working, cups visibly dirty, gave us wood for a fire but the lighter was broken, bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, hard as a rock, asked for cleaning on a Tuesday and came Wednesday instead. But DESPITE all this what really was the worst when the cleaning lady nicely folded our visibly dirty bath towels that we threw on the floor and put them back in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting! Makes me wonder how clean everything else was. I would never stay there again.
