  We stayed with a tour group and loved this place. Fun, rustic, romantic.

  This place is very unique, but fun with amazing views of the valley and hills. Our group had such a fun time here. Dinner was delicious and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and petting zoo. We will surely be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, rustic place to stay.

  Great place and value for money

  We were a group of 10 who stayed at Freelandia for 2 nights. The place is located amongst beautiful rolling hills with a wonderful view over a valley. The apartments are spacious clean and comfortable. A real pleasure to stay here for such a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and their locally made wine was wonderful. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to eat in their restaurant. The apartment had a fridge, but other than that there were no cutlery or any other kitchen wear or equipment supplied. I can highly recommend this place for a tranquil and peaceful stay in beautiful countryside.

  Amazing

  Stayed here 2 nights during the MotoGp, wasn't disappointed not one bit, bungalow was perfect for me and my 3 friends,very clean. Very peaceful.Breakfast was decent. Owner was extremely polite. Would most definitely go back to Freelandia next time I'm visiting the area.

  A Bit of Italian Heaven

  In the hill above Santa Maria Del Piano is a little gem. The bungalows are very comfortable and well appointed and kept beautifully clean. The restaurant serves authentic food from the area and is delicious. The wine is organically produced by the owner and is too easy to drink! There are beautiful beaches within easy reach and it is also a great base for bikers wanting to visit Coriano, Tavullia and the Misano Circuit. San Marino is only a stones throw away as is Rimini. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and staff are efficient and friendly. We absolutely love it. There are supermarkets in Morciano about 15 minutes away and restaurants and a lovely little coffee shop in Montescudo around 10 minutes away.

  disapointing and dirty

  we booked months in advance but the bungalow was very disappointing,also to say we booked so far in advance i would have expected to have had a view of some kind but we got no view at all. it should have had a dining area but this consisted of a fridge only, no kettle, cups, glasses, cutlery, plates and no sink except in the bathroom, a fridge can hardly be called a dining area. the bed was broken, the settee dirty and the desk was a child sized table, my husband could not even get his knees under it. The outside seating was dangerously broken. so we could not use this area. there was a filthy smelly ash tray on the table.I thought the staff unhelpful and surely but the waiter in the restaurant was a treasure and the food was good. but i would not stay again.
