  Highly recommended

  We were accommodated in one of the suites of the Villa. Excellent location right on the beach, luxurious (enormous bed room, dressing room, bath room with excellent shower and jaccusi), very spacious deck with pool, superiour furnishings and facilities, very competent and friendly service. Pool table, social bar, swimming pool and very large open-plan kitchen/breakfast area downstairs. Absolutely no reasons for complaints. In short: FIVE STAR PLUS!

  Stay on the Beach

  Excellently located, Africa Oceans Manor on the Beach is highly recommended! The Staff was super friendly and the breakfast served in gourmet style. The rooms are spacious and kept very neat and clean. The facility are well maintained. The ocean is so close the waves create a soothing relaxing ambiance. Located in a safe and secure area of Mosselbay, I really felt at home.

  Stellar Accommodation

  This is a top notch accommodation with staff to match. There was attention to every detail to make our stay a beyond pleasant one. The management and support staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive to our needs. It felt like coming home (except to a much better house!).

  First Price! Under difficult circumstances, African Oceans provided safe and comfortable luxury that was medicine for body and soul. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, stunning view. Safe parking and direct access to the beach.

  Magical views / experience in Mossel Bay

  My husband and I spent a night here for Valentines day and I dont think we could have picked a more romantic place. We were extremely fortunate that we were the only guests there on the night we were booked so we had both jacuzzis and the pool to ourselves. The manor is about an hour's drive from the airport in George and although they dont have their own shuttle service they happily recommended some taxi companies which were great especially Boeber taxi. The front desk staff was very friendly and brought us beach towels before she left on Saturday afternoon and showed us where we could get extra ice, gave us access to their honest bar for wine etc. Unfortunately the jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean was stuck on 51 degrees so we couldn't use that. They offered us a picnic basket with cheeses, wine, desserts etc. We had wanted to take the train up the mountain but we did not booking advance so if you want to take the train and have a scenic picnic be sure to book in advance. We would definitely stay at African Manor again. The rooms have greatly stocked mini-bars, everything you would want to cook if you wanted self catering, large tub and large shower (suite 6). Unfortunately we didn't think to ask for a sea-facing room. If you can please do make that request. The beach has very soft sand, is clean and when we were there it was very empty. The only thing I didn't like so much is on the right there is no fence so it feels like you are sharing a garden with neighbours but it was a small inconvenience that did not overshadow all the other wonderful things. Breakfast was fresh and scrumptious. We got fruit & yogurt & berries and cream in addition to our order. My husband had full English breakfast and I had eggs benedict that were perfectly done to my liking. I could go on and on but I really loved this place. There are blackout curtains in the room. The TV wasn't very big but I dont think anyone would want to watch lots of TVs at this venue. Small things like some port/sherry set out for a night cap or bath salts near the bath that make the venue so accommodating. After we checked out I changed from the jacuzzi in the downstairs toilet before we went to lunch and I forgot a Gucci perfume in the toilet. When I got home and realised my perfume was missing I contacted African Oceans and they offered to courier it to me or keep it for me. GREAT job Cornel & team, keep up the great work and I will see you again!
