  Disgusting

  Horrible food that is over priced!! They just give you loads of fries on the side. Staff are very rude and were really slow, we went to the bar to order as he took so long, then he was mad we didn't get him to take the orderat our table. If this bar wasn't on the beach they would be closed down a long time ago

  Great Holiday

  We had an amazing week staying at the aeolos hotel.Perfect location close to bars and restaurants but also quiet for you to relax and sleep.Staff very friendly and attentive.Rooms were spotless clean and overall the hotel is a very well kept place!Will return

  fantastic

  brilliant location food is ok but always manged to find something to eat at breakfast and dinner, dont take not to the reviews that are bad. Just built a new complex that opened while we was there. clean and tidy and always someone around very friendly staff we really enjoyed are trip age range 34-72 (our group). but some younger perfect if you want to chill and go clubbing.   DO NOT VISIT MUST READ- horrific hotel

  This is by far, the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I have travelled a lot and been lucky enough to endure many holidays. Now by far this is the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. On arrival we were concerned with the lack of help from the reception staff and lack of care from them. On arrival we opened the apartment room door, to which the handle of the room fell off, we then fixed the handle and put it back on, but it was clearly already broken before we arrived. On the 4th day of our holiday, we arrived back into the rooms after going out for lunch, to the door handle falling off again. This time it was no easy fix, so we informed the hotel staff, at this point the hotel manager came to our room to look at the handle, to which he then demanded in an aggressive manger, we gave him 100, to which we politely told him we didnt feel we should owe any money as the handle was already broke. The manger then became very aggressive and began to scream at shout at us for not paying the money. He went away and came back around 40 minutes later and told us we need to give the money by the end of the day, or he will call the police. Later that night he came back and we once again tried to explain why we felt we shouldnt pay, at this point, the owner then tried to square up to my friend, causing both pair to push eachother in an aggressive manner, we were a group of 18 year old boys, the manager was in his 40s, trying to fight a group of young lads, who had genuinely done nothing wrong. To calm the situation down we gave him 50, and he then ripped this up in front of our faces and through it back at us. As well as the owner being aggressive, the rooms were unclean and the showers were so dirty. We paid for half board, we didnt eat at the hotel once. On the first day we found ants in and around the food, the choice was minimum, no labels and very unhygienic. We never ended up eating at the hotel as this completely put us off. The hotel has potential to be very nice, with a lovely pool and nice outdoor area, but the hotel overall is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I would not wish a stay at this hotel in my worst enemy, especially with the owners and staff being as they are. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, find somewhere else, avoid at all costs. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

  Love at first sight

  This was out first visit to this hotel. We were amazed by the online pictures and when we saw it in real we had the feeling like love at first sight. The accomodation is just as perfect as we waited for. The rooms are perfect size; modern and clean (we had deluxe room), and so comfortable! Just enough!! The location is far from the noise (less than 1 minutes walkway from the hotel but still away from the main street) but still have easy access to the markets which are on the first Street you walk out from the hotel. I would recommend with warmheart you must visit all of it. And try at least the gyros. I wish I could have more ;) The people are so friendly everywhere; restaurants and party managers not pushing you or force you to have a meal or a drink, they accept if you say "no thanks" and saying "maybe tomorrow" and nicely nodding and wish you a lovely day/evening! Staffs in the hotel are so friendly and helpful; lovely and chatty; cleaners and the catering staffs are patients, do their best job ever. Manager is the same so I am not surprised why they atmosphere is so adorable! BUT(!), if I could highlight one thing for every customers, listen, if you have a delicious blood like mine :D and you know mosquitoes would love to bite you please buy the mosquito killers on the first day to save yourselves time and do not have sleepless night :D we always had 1-2 in our rooms and they bite us (that's not the resort fault, it happens so this is the reason I wish to mind every single customers ;) ). All in all we had an amazing time there and can't wait to see you soon!!!!! Many thanks for all the staff, and the manager, Manolis Katsoulis (excuse me I don't know the rest of the staffs name!) they made our stay special and unforgettable! See you soon!! Thanks you!
