Worst hotel I ever was inWe arrived late and being exhausted didn't notice the "beauty" of our room. Some people were checked in only on the other day. Then we woke up in the morning and realised we don't see the day Light although it was already 9 am. The reason is in the attached pictures. The pics with the spots and holes in the bedsheet was the indicator of how many times the linen was changed (spoiler: zero). On the second day a cleaning Lady took a warm blanket and a foot towel from us and never brought it back. How many times they did the room cleaning? Null. How was the food? Awful. Almost no meat, and the meat they served was not eatable at all so we had to visit the nearby restaurants... We were not able to sleep untill our drunken British neighbours stop shouting and laughing extremely loud outside and by our room door. The Bulgarians arrived 3 days before we leaved, and it was really unpleasant to see them being drunk from the early morning. BTW, People who write here about the loud, rude and drunken Russians often confuse them with Bulgarians who speak language similar to Russian. I saw no prostitutes and no fighting. I kindly ask all people who will make theis mind to arrive to this hotel respect each other's comfort.

Cheap and cheerfulFamily and friends holiday We stayed last week of August. 8 of us in total. 4 adults and 4 children ages 6,12,14 and 15. Facilities at the hotel are ok you pay for what you get and this was a last minute booking for us so we cant complain. Hotel has a very nice clean pool but some of the surrounding loungers looked dirty and are in need of updating. All inclusive drinks are limited to what you can order and they could do with a menu saying the drinks available as bar staff didnt speak much English but they were very friendly. Food at the hotel is ok lots of salad options. Hot food options changes everyday not much variety but saying that we only ate out a few times during our visit so we managed to eat something from their buffet most days. We had a spa day at the hotel which was fun and relaxing the kids all had a foam wash which they throughly enjoyed. In general the hotel is ok but with some improvements it would be great. All staff were friendly and welcoming to us all. Yes there was a lot of Europeans non English speaking people at the hotel but thats no fault of the hotel it cant choose who gets to stay there. It didnt affect us even as the only British Asian family in the whole of the hotel. We had no problems. If your a social media fanatic then yes their internet is very unreliable but there is plenty of bars and restaurants in the area which offer free WiFi to their customers if your that desperate. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel as we were there with great friends who are practically family. We got a cheap deal on our all inclusive holiday which meant we could do lots of exciting day trips, water sports and shopping without breaking the bank which we organised through the hotel.

Holiday experienceWorst hotel ever. Day one no a/c in the room so did not sleep all night. Then electricity kept on tripping in the room, by day 3 all of us had severe form of food poisoning which ruined our holiday experience. Half the holiday all 6 of us were sick. Some staff were very good but others extremely rude. Only good thing about the hotel was location And the Turkish Bath, would never recommend and never go back.

ive been using this hotel for many years ,mainly for its location, this year ,after me hyping up the aegean park,as my mate was a virgin in turkey,he stuck with me,usually i get a few mozzie bites, but my mate was bitten all up his back, spoke to reception, who telephoned medic, then onto hospital, where they gave him 2 needles up his butt,on returning to hotel,we were told the terminator had been in ,also they my mate another mattress, and made out it was a flying spider, the food has got even more basic, there are now more prostitutes, and they dont give a monkeys who knows, this year we saw at least 2 fights,on seperate occasions, both from our next table, between a russian and bulgarian, then blood everywhere, when a prostitute attacked her pimp, haha, but not good when kids are around, night manager who thinks hes got control, all of the old staff in all areas were perfect,i was told last year the hotel will be updated, this wasnt visible at all
