  Good Place to Stay

  I have stayed here a few times before and to be honest it is great value for money. I was in a 1 bedroom apartment, lots of space and everything you need there to cook, watch tv, wash clothes. It is close to a few restaurants that are good and there are places to buy food to cook in the apartment. There is no fuss here which i like. The lady on reception is great, very helpful indeed. You can park your car there for a fee but its not expensive and it will be secure. I will stay there again for sure

  Avoid them at any price

  Booked a room here for two nights during NY celebration via Hotels.com Around Dec 20 started to receive calls from some number claiming they are and proposing help with booking rearrangement as they were allegedly informed by AEA that they cannot host us. Checked the number and found out that was not Hotels.com I contacted Hotels.com then and confirmed they see no issues from their side and hotel is still ready to host us. Contacted AEA via special form on Hotels.com. AEA answered in 2 days only asked to resend full name of me and credit card number. We provided them last 4 card number digits and name. This message was never answered. Contacted AEA via phone . Main number was not answering, called to emergency number and spoke to person, leaving the description of the situation. This help request was never answered. Send email directly to AEA and get a reply that booking was cancelled due to lack of some additional information requested. Don't mess with AEA unless you have Plan B at hand.

  Save yourself the disappointment

  Trying to enter the airport apartments is impossible. Massive construction out front and the sides. So there is nowhere to stop the car. Around the side alley way- the construction access point, has 3 parking spots. As I sit here in the car, double parked because there is no where to park, another guest is honking his horn as someone has parked his car in. The hotel parking is available if you pay at reception....however reception does not open over the weekends. The building manager is not available via the contact number provided, and the emergency contact number is a paging service who takes messages. To top it off.... there was no electricity over night. When it came on this morning and I tried to use the hair dryer provided.... it exploded in my hand. Again, no one contactable to report this to. Worst service and hotel. STRONGLY advise to avoid at all costs!!!

  Good But Needs Some TLC

  Stayed in the penthouse which was a good size and quite functional in terms of location and amenities. I wouldnt say its so much a penthouse as it is an apartment on the top floor. Was pretty clean unless you looked under the sofa. The noise didnt bother us but it is pretty noisy being directly under a flight path. Be careful driving into the underground car park. I nearly ripped the underneath of the car to shreds because of the angle going in. Parking was $15 a night. Bathroom was pretty average - hence my title...needs some TLC. Grout coming out and discoloured, mould growing on the roof, laminex bulging and broken - just looks old, tired and dirty. Make sure you take your rubbish otherwise there is a hefty fee. Best place to park when you arrive is in Botany LANE not Botany Road. Only problem is you have to walk through the garden to get to reception. Overall good value for money and a great location. Eateries on Botany Road are a short walk and offer loads of different options.

  Review of Trip

  Considering I payed $100 a night. The apartment was extremely spacious. The carpet obviously needs replacing. I went to make a coffee and the bottom of the kettle was brown. Bathroom was filthy. Previous occupants hair particles were found in the shower floor/walls. Also the previous occupants soap was on the floor of the shower.
