Fair, you get what you pay for. Staff are brilliantStayed here this week. Was a bit worried as the website has been hacked by Tunisian terrorists, another tripadvisor listing says it is closed and I would be arriving alone at 1am. I booked via wizz who assured me it was open and ok, they were right so do not be put off. Very low cost hotel but also very clean which is the main thing. Half the blind slats were missing and the towel rail fell apart but apart from that, the room was very comfy considering the cost. The staff do not speak much English, I do not know Romanian but we communicated ok, they were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble at any time of day or night. It is a small place with just 1 member of staff present who happily made me coffee and called for a cab in the middle of the night. He also made breakfast to order anytime between 7 and 12. It was just meat, cheese jam and bread and I hardly ate it because I was ill but was more than adequate. Location is good, it is just of a main road with a bus stop into town almost opposite but would also be walkable. You must buy a ticket for 2 lei from a kiosk first. NB, there are no public buses into Timisoara or anywhere from the airport, the taxi was cheaper to this hotel than it would have cost going into town or you can book a shuttle on line if you google it. If I was going back and on a budget, I would stay again because the staff were great and other guests were friendly despite language issues.

Be advised: stay clear of it!My family and me (6 in total)stayed in this hotel two nights. The experience hardly could have been worse. To start with, we booked on the internet the suite just to find out on our arrival it had been given away. The staff quickly presented us with two bedrooms. Fair enough if it wasnt for the fact we were given only 2 towels and one of the bed was next to a heater, resulting in the children getting a bad cough. Cleanliness was also not up to standard, to use an euphemism. The towels were not changed, and the toilet needed repairs badly. Electrical cables were uncovered and we had a hard time in keeping the children away. Toilet door would not close. At night, a party in the hall with loud music pushed far into the night making sleeping really difficult. The last morning getting breakfast had been a sort of mission impossible despite our requests to make it fast because of our flight and we managed to get only some milk and a slice of frozen cake. To make a long (and sad) story short: the building is unclean and risky; location is not bad if you move by bus or taxi; staff is reactive but only when they want: they speak italian and english but pretended not to.
