Never againFirst of all, I had to say that we are not demanding guests and were aware that this is a three-star hotel. Well, the bad experience in this hotel started already at the arrival where we had to wait at least half an hour to check-in although there were the only a couple of guests before us, there is only one person on the reception. The check-in is after 15:00, but the lunch is until 14:30, so you missed the first meal if accidentally you didn't come sooner. After some struggle, we received the key and went to the room with the luggage where we saw that this is probably a classic room (we paid for premium). I went to the reception to ask which type of room they gave us and the answer was classic. After I told them that we have paid a premium they didn't even look at the papers and just give us the card of the premium room. So I had a feeling that they tried to push us lees then we paid. After that, I had to move all the stuff from one side of the hotel to the other side. So this was not a good start of the holiday. The room is quite ok but two big stains (one on the carpet and the other on the curtain) spoil all the good impression. The All-Inclusive package, in reality, is not so good as it sounds. Free juice is just coloured sugar, you can't drink it without mix it with the water. For ice cream on the pool (between 15 h-16 h), you have to stay in line more than 10 min and you have to be there at 15 h, otherwise, you will get no ice cream because it runs out quickly although it should be available until 16 h. All drinks by the pool (cold and hot) are served in the plastic glasses (hotel policy because of the pool), but when you order a drink that is not included in the AI and you pay for it it's served in the normal glass?? The meals in the restaurant - well this is a story for it selfs. This was really a breaking point when we decide to never get back in this hotel again and also leave the hotel one day earlier, although we have already paid the hotel until the next day. The organisation about the meals is so bad that we were standing in line with the plate more than 30min and not just once. And after 30min when it's a line to take on you the food that you want to eat is run out. So you have to wait for another 30min in the line when your food is back again. You must have in mind that for one meal around 500 people are eating in 2 hours and there is only one tray for each food. Another example from breakfast. There were around 100 people in the dining room and the waiter brings one small basket with small croissants. There was a real race between the people who will get the croissants and of course they run out in a couple of seconds. In the end, I probably forget something to mention, but I don't want to bring any more bad memories from this terrible vacation. The All-Inclusive package, in reality, is not so good as it sounds. Access to the beach, which is very crowded is also not a positive side of the hotel. The walking distance a little bit less than 10 min downhill. There are also stairs without any ramp which made it difficult for us to travel with a stroller on a daily basis. In the end, I probably forget something to mention, but I don't want to bring any more bad memories from this terrible vacation. This is one of the rarest hotels that I wouldn't recommend to visit!

Could be much betterI wasnt expecting luxury, just few basic things- a double bed as requested (not just joined together twin beds that create a barrier between me and my husband); that I will be able to fall asleep in my room anytime I want, not just after 11pm when the loud music is finally turned off and people sitting just below our window stop their loud drunken conversation. The noise is so loud that the tv has to be on minimum 50% to hear what is on when the windows are open. The hotel rooms should not be located over a bar! Avoid room 118 or ones near it. It is such a shame, as the location is good, the facilities ok and the staff seems nice. Breakfast was good and this is all we have opted for. I wouldnt recommend getting an all inclusive package in a hotel of this class. I suspect that those sort of deals are possibly the only reason why the bar below our balcony is busy, as it isnt particularly inviting and much nicer places, just by the see are within walking distance.

Wifi @ EUR 5 per day....you got to be kidding me!We spent here three nights on a bed & breakfast basis. Hotel Adria has all the facilities: three decent-sized pools, a hotel bar, spacious rooms, climate control in the room. But we were a bit surprised to find out that they charge no less than 5 euros per day to connect to their wifi. Come on.... that is outrageous in this day and age! Considering it was rather rainy during our visit, that was such a disappointment. Service at the bar was below par, but that was probably because the bartender had to divide his time between the bar and the restaurant. I'm sure its better in the busier months. Initially we had the feeling that we were pretty far away from the restaurants/bars around the marine, but this wasn't the case. It took a 10-15mins walk to be in the middle of everything, which was actually really nice. A big thumbs up for the breakfast buffet, we were really spoilt for choice. It included fried eggs, yay! Quality was good and everything was fresh.

Great family holidaysPerfect for families. Service and staff are outstanding. Food and drinks are very good and there is a plenty of food for meals. Very tasty food. People working there are nice, pool and animation program are very good, especially for kids
