  El hotel es lindo. Un poco viejo y con colores en la habitación que no le aportan nada lindo. Habitación cómoda con balcón que mira al mar. El personal es atento. El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones es lamentable. Los espacios comunes son limpios y bien cuidados. El sector de la pileta es espectacular. La comida y atención en el restaurant es excelente. Yo fui con mi marido pero el lugar es muy recomendable si van con chicos. La ubicación inmejorable. Las tortas del bar buenísimas. Recomiendo este hotel pero deben mejorar el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones y quizá modernizarlas. .

  dose not like a five star hotel

  1-the bathroom is not as clean as a five-star hotel. 2-the fruits in breakfast do not charge the same as early in the morning. I mean if you miss 7 or 7:30 for breakfast you may miss some option in 9 or 9:30. 3-no one picked up our luggage when we arrived at the hotel, but I saw they do this for other passengers from other countries. 4-there was no entertainment plan for the outside pool 5-I know it is very simple, but if you need a clean glass to drink water in your room, you should go down to take it from the restaurant. no one brings it for you!

  Million $ sea view & Wonderful location

  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in September. Room and bed very comfortable, mullion $ sea view from the balcony. But be advised to ask for a higher floor! Excellent buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Nice private beach bar in front of the hotel -Strandbaren which we spend a lot of time every day too. Must visit too.

  Three star hotel max

  We stayed here during Corona, July 2020. I liked that the staff was so kind and polite. The biggest problem i had was with the food. It was simply uneatable! We had halfboard and a horrible stomach-ache during all the time we stayed there ! One member of the family is vegan but there were no vegan options!!! Neither for breakfast nor dinner. Every single course had meat in it, including the salads and everything seemed to be either badly cooked or spolied. Definnetly not an option if you have small children traveling with you! Our rooms were cleaned only once during the 4 nights we stayed here and that is because we tipped the cleaning lady! Unacceptable! The sleeping conditions were awful, as well! I will never forget the back-ache i had. The pool was nice and clean enough but that was to be expected as the hotel was only 1/4 full. All in all a 3 stars experience maximum and if the price seems atractive for a beach front hotel I would recommend booking a stay here without dinner included!

  A hotel choice you will not regret

  +You definitely must book a room with a seaside view, it is absolutely amazing , the room is very spacious, clean and cosy, the staff polite and friendly, also welcome me with a small gift( was my birthday when I checked in) , we had access to the beach ( umbrella and 2 sun loungers) included in the room price and the location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of the Golden Sands Resort. -We booked half board meal option, breakfast+dinner, the food can be more diversified for a 5 star hotel, especially for the dinner.
