  Maravilloso Hotel

  Sorpresa, despues de dejar la moto en la estación, subir en el tren a Zermatt, esta prohibido el uso de vehiculos a motor de explosión. Llegamos a Zermatt. Nos acogen en un hotel precioso, todo son faciliodades. Una decoración típica y muy cuidada. La habitación muy bien y las vistas al pueblo y al Cervino impresionantes. En el hotel hay un servicio Spa maravilloso. El comedor es precioso y refleja el orden y la limpieza que impera en el pais. Muy recomendable, cerca de los medios de transporte que dispone el punblo para subir a los diferentes montes.

  Excelente en todo

  el nivel de servicio y preocupación por una estadía maravillosa lo hacen bien todos los días La ubicación extraordinaria, cerca de todo a pie... Compras restaurantes, medios de elevación para esquiar, caminatas, estación de trenes, etc... Desayuno el necesario para iniciar el día La vista de las habitaciones al matterhorn es extraordinaria Para familias sugiero tomar el piso 5 Cuentan con servicios de traslados al terminal de trenes para quienes lo necesiten, a pie son solo 5 minutos Finalmente la loción calidad precio justa.

  Feel like home at Hotel ZERMAMA.

  We went for a weekend to ski to Zermatt and chose ZERMAMA as our hotel for it and the experience was PERFECT since arrival until leaving. They waited for us until late for check in,sent a taxi to pick us up at the train station, you buy the forfait at reception, breakfast is amazing and lasts until 12 if you want to chill in the morning. Lift to ski right in front of the hotel and ski rental next door. The team working there managed by Jon are simply the best and they make you feel at home and make the difference of the staying. Food also for dinner delicious and even apreski feeling in covid with great drinks and dj on the terrace for people staying.Price is great for the experience you get. This should be ur top pick hotel to go to Zermatt. 10/10.

  Not respecting COVID

  I was going to give a 5 stars rating for this hotel even though theres a construction right across the street that makes a lot of noise the whole day but I have been very frustrated about the COVID measures. First thing when I checked in the girl in the reception went inside my room with me screaming and touching everything. Minibar, doors, handles. Not nice. I never had someone going inside my room like this before. People can figure stuff by themselves. Then everyday I keep asking the same afternoon brunette girl to DO Not clean my room since Im someone vulnerable. I wish there was a do not disturb sign but I was never given one. Everyday I have to go back in the reception to say someone was in my room and cleaned my room, which is frustrating because I have to disinfect everything in the room everyday. No apologies. Today I had enough since it had been my 3rd night already I went back to the reception and a different blonde person told me oh but you should just put the sign what sign??? I keep asking everyday for this sign which doesnt exist!! The normal answer would be Im so sorry that this happened let me make sure I put a note. Not to blame me for not finding an imaginary sign. Terrible. Also people dont wear masks all the time. The hotel could be good outside COVID. Its a good location and cute but this is too much. The service needs a lot of improvement. Also the afternoon girl doesnt speak very well English which makes it harder. They need to get their service together, the guest should feel like they matter!

  Perfect Hotel Mama

  We loved our stay at Hotel Mama. So many positives to mention. First the really friendly staff. Thank you to the manager, Jon, in particular - a real professional who looks after his guests so well. Then the vibe of the hotel - really beautiful decor and atmosphere. We were so comfortable in our room - great quality finishes and so stylish. Bed super comfy too. The outside bar area is a fantastic place for apres ski and people watching. We cannot say enough about the restaurant - real compliments to the kitchen, the food was so delicious that we were glad that Covid restrictions meant we ate there every night! And an extensive and interesting wine menu too. Lastly, the location is fantastic. Ski rental in the same building. Less than a minute walk from the ski room to the ski lift. The hotel has been so beautifully renovated and the service is to match. Thank you for a really special 4 days. We hope to be back soon!
