  Amazing views but location not the greatest

  We stayed here for two nights in June. The location isn't the best. There isn't anything around the hotel and it's up a gigantic, very steep hill so we ended up renting a car primarily just to get up and down the hill! The sea bus is at the bottom of the hill and convenient to get quickly over to old town which is where all of the cute shops and restaurants are. The pool area is beautiful and the views of Mykonos are amazing! It's quiet and family oriented. The rooms are okay-not super nice, but sufficient and clean. The room did have a table & chairs and mini kitchenette so that was nice. We would stay here again as long as we had a car (there's a car rental place right at the bottom of the hill)!

  Stunning villas, scenic position

  We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and was beautiful. Very clean, well serviced, comfortable, wonderful front balcony terrace overlooking pools and entire Mykonos port. Loved it. Would stay here again. Special thanks to the persons at reception they were very kind. The pools perfect overlooking all of the port activities. It was also really close to the ferry taxi that took you the scenic way to Mykonos town within minutes. Fantastic.

  Awesome place - but beware of location!

  Be warned - Adikri Villas are about halfway up one of the steepest hills I have ever walked. We are early 40's and late 30's and struggled with this. I did not imagine it would be an issue - but the hill was mind blowing even though it is maybe only 100m up the hill. That being said - Adikri is awesome! The walk up that hill gets you to an amazing view. Our room (Stella Studio) was 5 steps up from a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the new port of Mykonos. There is a supermarket and great little tavern within walking distance. You can take the water taxi at the port and be in Mykonos town in a few minutes. Jerry the owner is super helpful and they stock your room daily with basic foods for breakfast. Eggs, bread, milk, juice, etc. We spent a few days touring the Island and a day doing absolutely nothing but hanging at the pool which we shared with a couple other rooms but it was almost like a private pool since everyone else was out all day! If you can get past the hill (take cabs or be in excellent shape) you will enjoy your stay at Adikri. I would stay here again - but I would now know what to expect and NOT try to walk up that hill with all my luggage!

  FRIENDS GET TOGETHER IN MYKONOS

  Hi All, Visited mykonos in the 3rd week of September.Stayed in the Adikri Villa in tourlos in mykonos.The villa is perched above the ground on a small hillock and the view is just amazing. The breathtaking sea view with ferries and cruises decking at the harbour was just superb. The locatio of the villa is away from Chora,the town but we preferred to be away from the hustle bustle.The taxi to the town costs around 13.and are available round the clock. The villas are amazingly clean and newly. constructed.Our villa had 3 bedrooms, a living room,kitchen area ( with fully loaded cutlery,coffee maker,tea maker toaster,induction oven,fridge etc).The villa replinshes the cold breakfast supplies on daily basis along with the daily house keeping. The compund has many separate villas with each villa having its own privacy.The ambience is serene and calm. The climate was on the cooler side ( only in evening) with days pleasant with plenty of subshine and cool breeze. The villa is on the top of a hillock and the access road from the mail road has a steep gradient so if one has toddlers/old people / very young kids/people with medical conditions better to have your own car for fire/use taxi to commute and walking up and down needs real physical stamina and a bit of skill too. The staff was very courteous,friendly and helping.There was an issue with the fluctuating voltage for few hours on one day but was immidiately sorted out. Over all the experience was great staying in the villa and would definitely love to stay here.
