  Relaxing, quite, just by the sea

  The hotel/apartments is perfect for a very relaxing holiday: the apartments are very spacious, surrounded by a nice garden, equipped with a full kitchen (also with oven) should you decide to eat in the apartment but nearby are many excellent tavernas at walking distance and also a good supermarket. Michelina, who take cares of the apartments, speaks perfect english and has been very helpful. The breakfast, if requested, is huge and served directly in the room where you can enjoy it at your shaded terrace. Nice, large bathroom, A/C, free wifi, free parking. The spectacular beach of Place is just across the street and also the bus stop is at walking distance to go to Naxos Chora (that is at 10 min drive). At night you will enjoy absolute quite, a stunning starry sky and the beautiful sound of the sea nearby. A perfect place

  Beautiful and relaxing

  These apartments are literally just across from the beautiful beach of Plaka. We had a studio with fantastic sea view from our balcony. Michelina is a delight and so full of energy as is the lovely cleaning lady who works so hard. This location is perfect for a real get-away-from it all holiday. Not ideal if you want lively bars etc but perfect for peace and a chance to recharge batteries. The sea opposite can be slippery because of the rocks but there are sections where it is more accessible. I found aqua shoes a godsend. Lots of naked Italians so not for the prudish but nobody takes any notice. There is a regular bus service every half hour from 8 am until 2 am with bus stop just about 5 minutes walk going to town or Agia Anna or Agia Prokopios which are lovely but much busier. Do take a torch as not all areas are well lit if coming home in the dark. All in all a beautiful place.

  I would definitely go back

  You get much more than you pay for. Its definitely a 3 star hotel/apartment but the service and the location are pure gold. The clining is spotless. The hotel is iod and not everything is perfect but again its a 3 starts hotel. You fan walk anywhere and the bus stop is really near. I would definitely go back again no questions asked.

  A place to restore your soul

  My wife and I stayed in paradise here for two nights. It is perfectly situated on Plaka beach 50 meters away. It is quite and the gardens are wonderfully peaceful. The room was spotless and Mishelina was a fantastic host and looked after us so well. We will always have great memories here and definitely will return soon.

  The paradise!

  I simply loved to stay at Acti Plaka. The hotel is wonderful, right on the beach, and what beach! Certainly the best of the island. The room was spacious and very confortable. The pool is amazing, and the area super quiet. Sissi and her father also welcomed us very warmly, and explained us everything we could do around. We've tried plenty of recommended restaurants, and never been disappointed. Don't think twice, this is the place to be for a relaxing time in Plaka!
