Lovely Dining RoomWe were allocated a very large room with an extra sofa - so it was probably normally used as a Family Room but no useable balcony. Ideal as a Hotel for Families. Whilst we ourselves did not use any of the pools - others in our party said they were very good. The Dining Room is bright and has wonderful views, a delight at breakfast. Very convenient for the beach. A bit of a maze (hotel is part of a complex) - and it takes you a while to work out the best way to get to the beach from your room.

Not a 4 star hotel.Hello all. Let's start with the first day. July 2019, family holiday with our baby boy one year old. When we arrive, the supervisor was so busy with her own phone that she didn't answer to our hi, and we had to wait for the other stuff until she finished with other guests. That day all stuff excuses for not knowing anything was "sorry, it's my first day". At the entrance the reception bar looks like from 1999 and the rooms too. When you have a baby and baby car with two suitcases it's kind of hard to move without any help from the staff of a hotel of 4 stars thru lots of stairs. In a building with 6 floors with one elevator almost all days we had to wait even 15 min to be able to get at the ground or 3th floor. The breakfast was good and the stuff friendly there, but the dinner very poor, again for a hotel of 4 stars. OOo, and let's not speak that sound proof insulation of the room was 0, I could hear my neighbors speak. So no, I do not recommend it and I would really like if they would take down a star.

AverageGood things: +lots of swimming pools (but only 1 small pool was open outside) +nice hallways, so you expected that rooms would also be so nice +the room was clean, but nothing special (older furniture), each day of our staying we've got new set of shampoo, shower gel, vanity set, shower cap + nice view from corner balcony in 6th floor + the last day of staying you still can use pools, even after check out +good breakfast + good wifi signal in room +air conditioning was doing well Bad things: - you can't reserve parking spot (there are many lifeclass parkings, but they are very small and very full), if you are lucky enough you can get a free spot (but if you leave it for a day trip its really hard to get another spot later than at 1 p.m.), so we didn't go anywhere with our car (cause we probably won't get another parking spot). At those parkings you pay 5 for day (which is cheap for Portoro; all around are parking spaces where the price for a day is minimum 12). The parking spot IS NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. - DINNER: at reception they told us that dinner is from 8 p.m. till 9 p.m., we saw in their guide that dinner must be from 7 till 9 p.m., so we go to the reception and ask again what time it is. They told as same as first time, then we listen to their chat with foreign guests and they told them differently (7 to 8 p.m.). I don't know why, because in restauration wasn't crowd and you even got your own table (where you should sit at dinners). And also we hated that you must pay for drinks at dinner time (I understand that some guests may prefer other drinks, but I drink only water and it's souch a basic drink, and the water from pipe is for drinking). - lots of steps, the hotel is not suitable for wheelchairs -reception is in other lifeclass hotel (Apollo) -if you want to use a batrobe you should pay for it (only 6, but still for this price for hotel it should be for free). - HOTEL BEACH: you shold pay for using deck chair, umbrella, towel (for free you can bring your own things and be on the grass), between hotels and beach is a road. At the beach are showers and wc wich is good. Sea is NOT nice coloured and clean (grass) - TERME and SEA SPA: nice decor, but only one pool outside was workin, others was closed (its still summer at august) - I don't know why hotels have carpeted floors, I think that they can't be as clean as any other floor materials would be. - very small safe in the room - bad system for unlocking the room dors I wouldn't choose those hotels for summer staying anymore, because at Portoro are big prices and nothing special to see, the sea is not clean and you can get much better destination and hotel for this price in other countries. Maybe 10+ years in future we will come back at winter time (because of good welness and seaspa).

Great placeI loved the whole complex, two wellness facilities, polite staff, great food and hospitality. I stayed with my 10 year old som but this is also a great place to come as a couple and with friends. I wanted to book a 4 day stay over Orthodox Easter but the pandemic unfortunately stopped me :(

Relaxation, enjoyment, perfect! My third visit to the hotel, great experience, top cleanliness, top service, top spa, I was lucky and was able to swim in the outdoor pool - perfect, I recommend it to everyone. Tv has USB input. Cons: current conditions and complications with masks and disinfection in the spa, and maybe a little too loud climate from the neighboring hotel below, it was heard in the room, but I always have earplugs
