  La atención del personal muy buena la cena buena las zonas comunes impecable. Lo que criticó su falta de canales internacionales solo los canales en italiano y la habitación es pequeña y le falta toma corriente el baño está bien solo la cabina de la ducha es muy pequeña Por el resto muy bueno. Tiene acensor piscina y esta cerca de la playa y es gratis las silla en la playa. Un punto Importante cuando te quedes más días debe cenar con el mismo mantel sucio y la servilleta sucia es anti higiénico por no decir asqueroso..

  Lovely hotel on the beach

  The room was fine, nice and clean, there was a fridge and the bed was really comfortable. There was a massive terrace with pool view and a glimpse of the sea. The pool was great, easy to enter with a non-slip pavement. Few sunbeds but lots of really nice garden furniture. The beach was about 50 yds from the end of the garden. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying there again when we visit Vasto again next year. All of the staff we had contact with were really friendly so my next comment is meant as constructive criticism; when we checked in maybe it would have been helpful a little explanation of the surrounding areas and the public transport. When I did ask later the lady in reception could not have been more helpful and printed out the bus timetable. Breakfast was ok, typical continental breakfast that you get in Italy, nothing exceptional. Wifi was free and worked pretty well.

  Perfect location

  We stayed here as we have relatives in both Vasto and Sal Salvo, the staff where great, the breakfast was great the facilities was great and the beach access was amazing. We had an ocean view room, the balcony was only large enough to have a coffee but it was perfect for our needs

  Christmas holidays in Matera

  Beautiful hotel in Matera. Our cave rooms were gorgeous and the service was fabulous it was great value for money and we had the best time. The restaurant was first class, local foods at its best. The spa was amazing and included in the price. Matera was a perfect nativity scene, so pretty!

  Horrendous place

  Disgusting place! Rooms are dirty and mouldy, food is terrible , portions and choice are ridiculously small, you will leave hungry. We sent back cold side dish of potatoes and it was not replaced. When we complained to the waiters they said they they understood what we were saying and were very embarrassed. We asked for a manager but were told to go the front desk but if you do that they are always on the phone and you have to wait a long time. We eventually got to speak to a male manager who said he would ask his manager if they would change our room and he would let us know within half an hour and come to our room to let us know. He also suggested that if we did not have enough food we should have asked for another portion in a very rude manner. He never came to our room so we went to see him and he then just started speaking Italian . I asked him why he was speaking Italian when he spoke good English earlier. He was so so rude and said that if we live in Italy we should speak the language. He then told my wife that perhaps she should moan about the weather also and that they had had no other complaints to which I said to look at trip advisor and there were other complaints. He was so rude and it turned into a big row and he refused to refund our money as we did not want to stay so we packed our bags and left anyway. I should add that this hotel is very far from the tourist areas so you cannot easily go to other restaurants or bars. I would recommend that you do not stay here!
