    Disappointed

Don't be deceived by the nice pictures you can find on internet about that place: those pictures bring about higher expectations than reality. Infact I was disappointed. The price is quite high for those kind of apartment and is possible to find a better accomodation at better price. Low value for money

Not the best, but works in a pinch

Last visit to Shanghai, we did not have confirmed reservations at the Eton. This hotel is a very short walk from there and was convenient to stay with the rest of my party. In a word, the place is a little dumpy and not very well maintained. The room was fine from a amenity stand point, but was more like staying in a college dorm rather than a hotel. If you are choosing the breakfast.. You may disappointed. For the price and location, I would recommend if you are on a tighter budget, but for a little more, you can walk to the ETON..

City view room better than lousy riverview. Spacious Rooms

The corridors are dirty havnet been maintained in ages looks like years, but the rooms are fantastic clean and has the necessities worth the price. Stayed here twice both rooms showers hot water non existant, first occasion visited rooms had no cookery items or dinner plates, second visit room had it all, so problems with housekeeping and consistency. Get the City View room

    Stay Away !!

Nothing is good about this hotel, front desk was so messy as this building was built and sold to various realty companies who purchased a few units and rents it out either as a landlord of guesthouse provider. Ours was ACME itself, the original developer and the place was horribly dirty. Upon arriving at 230am from our Tokyo flight, we had a hard time finding this place and eventually when we found it the receptionist was missing from her front desk. While seated at a couch waiting, there was a pair of man's boxers lying on the floor. Can you imagine it, a service apartment that you pay 100USD or more a night and you see a pair of man's used boxers lying on the floor of the front desk area. When she finally appeared she told us she did not have our reservation despite booking it 4 months in advance. When I told my girlfriend this was the first time over my stays I have a problem with reservation, turning up with an empty reservation the front desk rudely called me an uncultured guy and then mumbled to us saying not talking about you but myself. I was like what was her issue? We ended up paying 550 yuan to get a suite room on 12th floor just for that 8 hrs of sleep and they were already chasing us out at 1030am the next morning when dawn breaks. It was extremely cold and heater was not strong. The bathrooms were very dirty and the corridors were dirty as well with towels from other units just dumped outside of the room doors. We eventually got our reservation sorted the next morning and shifted to 11th floor, toilet was still dirty, corridors still has dirty towels dumped outside of room. The cleaning lady knocked on our doors the next day at 830am when it was New Year's day, can you imagine it? And we told her we were sleeping and she just went off and never came back to clean the entire day. Amazing place, I would say leave this hotel alone for 100USD a night go get something decent, even Hanting (Hampton Branding) would have been better off for you.

    Good apartment

We stayed here for a couple of days. The location is quite convenient and not far from the subway station. The apartment came with a small kitchen and laundry which was very handy. Overall I would stay here again.
